Perfect stay, easy walk to a many amenities. Our stay was perfect.

Our stay was just perfect. Located in a super convenient location in the heart of Rosemary Beach. The beach is super close by along with restaurants and shops. I had my two adult children with me and the vibe there was exactly in their age range in the 30’s. Lots and lots of young families. The place we stayed at was clean and had everything we needed. The only recommendation I could make, but I think it goes across the board with all the places people rent there is to have more beach keys because you need it to go in and out of the beach and if somebody stays the other people don’t have a key because you need it to leave. Or they should make the exit of the beach where you don’t need the key to leave. But everything else was phenomenal and I highly highly recommend it.

We had the best time for our first visit to Rosemary! This condo is perfectly located and walking distance to everything you could want including 4 pools and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Cheryl was wonderful to communicate with and very accommodating. We traveled with our children ages 2 and 4 and the unit was great for our needs. We will be back next year!

This little apartment was perfect for a mother daughter beach vacation! Having 2 beds and 2 bathrooms for the two of us made it very comfortable. It is a great location! We rented a car and only used it one time all week. We’ll probably skip the car rental next time. Restaurants, beach, pool, a little grocery are all easy walks. The Sunday farmers market was great! We needed some extra bedding and the owner took care of it immediately. I would definitely rent this property again.

Condo was just perfect. Comfy furniture and we loved the Murphy bed compared to a pull-out so we didn’t have to make up a sofa bed every night. Very smart. Within walking distance to everything so we didn’t even need a rental car

"Cozy, charming and convenient"

This was our first visit to Rosemary Beach. What a charming town with a gorgeous beach! This unit is very well located in the lovely downtown area on the square, where it’s an easy walk to all of the amazing restaurants. It’s also a really easy walk to the beach. Both the owner and local contact were very quick to respond to questions that came up during our stay and provide anything we needed. The unit is located in the building on the square that houses The Hidden Lantern—a wonderful independent bookstore and a fabulous wine shop called Cork & Barrel. That’s the easiest way to navigate to the unit. Tip—-upon arrival, park out front in that block and it’s easy to spot the entry between Cork & Barrel and a coffee shop. After unloading, continue a bit down that block and turn right at the first corner—W. Long Green Street. Next, an immediate right turn on Wiggle Lane takes you to convenient, well-marked designated parking directly behind the building. Highly recommend making reservations at some of the amazing fine restaurants on the square. We went to Pescado, Restaurant Paradis and Gallion’s. Quite a few others that we hope to try out next visit.

"Exceptional Getaway"

My family and I had such a wonderful weekend! Everything about our stay was 10/10. The access to the FOUR incredible pools was so amazing for my 3.5 year old son and 1 year old daughter. We had so much fun exploring each pool and talking to other tourists visiting from out of town. The quick walk to the beach was also easy and so convenient. With the provided 2 wheeled beach cart- we were able to lug our yeti cooler, towels, and more. The Murphy bed in the living space was so much fun for my son, and made it very easy for bedtime. The closeness to everything we love about 30A was just wonderful. It was so hard to leave! Do yourself a favor and stay HERE. My only regret- I should have stayed longer! I can’t wait to come back again and again. I won’t have to search for another place, because we found our perfect getaway.

My husband, my 7 year old daughter and I had an amazing week in Rosemary! The condo was conveniently located at Barrett Square with the perfect directions to locate the unit upon arrival. After a long 12 hour drive from Dallas, the condo was at a welcoming and cool temp of 69 with a full ice-maker and filtered water. We loved that it had 2 separate full bathrooms! Thank you for salt & pepper for our breakfast cooking. (You'd be surprised how many places we've stayed at that don't provide basic essentials like this! The less we have to bring, the better.) The King bedroom & Murphy bed were comfortable. Everyone approved of the mattresses. We would definitely stay again. The only minor recommendation would be if we had olive oil in the kitchen and since we're provided with Beach chairs, it would be even better if we had an umbrella as well. Overall, an A+ experience and would highly recommend to others! Thank you for making our getaway easy & memorable.

We were looking for a cozy but roomy place that felt like a home and was located in the heart of it ALL!. We just loved being steps from the beach, shops, and restaurants. The home was exactly like it looked in the photos and Cheryl was such a pleasure to work with.

Perfect location at a perfect place. This condo is just darling and super quiet. Two bathrooms are wonderful to have and the kitchen has everything one would need while away from home. Access to the beach, pool and all the area has to offer is within walking distance. Highly recommend.

This was a lovely little apartment to stay in. It was cozy, clean and well stocked. I especially loved that there was two full bathrooms so my mom and I could get ready at the same time. The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of everything! This was our first time visiting Rosemary Beach and we totally fell in love! It’s such a beautiful little community with the friendliest people. I’m definitely coming back and would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay in this condo. The location is outstanding, parking is no problem and we really enjoyed having 2 bathrooms. It's so nice to get up in the morning without "housekeeping" banging on the door. The washer and dryer were a plus as we had been on the road for many days and needed to do some laundry. It was our first trip to Rosemary Beach, but I'm sure not our last! I was also able to play tennis while there - I called the racquet club a few days beforehand and had no trouble in joining some of their clinics - something that is not always possible for out of towners.

Super clean chic condo. Loved being walkable to shopping restaurants, and the beach. Be forewarned - although the kitchen has dishes, it is not really set up for cooking. Not many pots and pans and no spices, oils, salt or pepper. Restaurants are very good so eat out? parking is easy and building it very well taken care of.

This condo is in the perfect location. My college-aged daughter and I stayed there together. You walk out the front door of the condo and the best coffee shop in Rosemary is 10 steps to your left and the best wine/liquor store in Rosemary is 10 steps to your right. Being on the square, it's an easy walk to every restaurant for dinner and a very short walk home when it is chilly at night. Unlike other 1 bedrooms, this had two FULL baths so we could shower and get ready at the same time. The king was great for the two of us and the murphy bed in the living room would have worked great for a third person. We loved the doors that opened onto our private two person balcony with cozy chairs and it was 60 when when were there so, we kept them open during our morning coffee. The kitchen has everything you need. The instructions in and out were clear. The manager was easily accessible when we had questions. We will definitely be staying there again and recommending to our friends.

This is probably the most convenient location in all of Rosemary beach. The apartment/condo was exactly as pictured, the check in process a breeze and the management super easy and responsive to work with. I would stay here again and/or at another of the all seasons 30a collection (this is our 2nd time and different location than previous stay). Cheryl and Brenda are great!!!

Great location in proximity to downtown Rosemary. Easy access in and out of the building and parking worked out fine. Enjoyed walking to dinner almost every night. Kitchen was well equipped. Although small (almost like a studio) it was efficient use of space and decorated nicely. Only complaint we had was the bed was uncomfortable so we didn’t sleep very well but at least we were exhausted from the beach all day so it didn’t matter much. If they upgraded the mattress this place would be perfect.

This property was perfect in every way. Located in Barrett Square, you're steps away from all the nightlife and beach activity that Rosemary has to offer. The beds and furniture were incredibly comfortable. The porch was perfect for enjoying a secluded evening after a day at the beach. And, Cheryl was a wonderful host. We can't wait to go back to Rosemary and would absolutely stay at this property again! 100% recommend!

Very small condo, but works. Murphy bed was actually very comfortable and there is a second bathroom that is not listed in description.

Overall, we were very happy with our stay. We truly could have parked our car and not used it again for our entire stay. Everything we needed was within a five minute walk....even the little market next door. The condo is well appointed and very comfortable. Loved the toiletries. We were a little disappointed that the pool closest to us was under repair, but still not a big deal. Our only complaint was that the directions to the condo were a little vague. The unit numbers in front were only on the first level and stopped at D and we were in E, so we wandered around for a while trying to figure it out. There were no unit numbers at the back entrance either. But...we eventually found our way and had a lovely visit to Rosemary Beach. We look forward to returning.

We had a lovely stay in this perfectly decorated and well appointed condo! Check in was a breeze and the complementary Amavida coffee and local soaps were a nice touch. Contrary to the listing, the property actually has TWO full bathrooms - this was a nice surprise! Would recommend this listing to other travelers.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. Although Hurricane Sally came through and closed the beach almost our whole stay, at least we had nice accommodations to stay in to wait out the rain. Would definitely stay again!

"Perfect Rosemary vacation for family of 3"

The location and amenities were perfect, and Cheryl and her team’s attentiveness to our needs made it feel like home. Although already familiar with the area, we were happy to see the welcome binder full of helpful details—because everything, including checkin/checkout, were super organized, it made it easier for us to relax! The fresh coffee and soap gifts were a kind touch, as were the coffee filters, beach towels/chairs, and plenty of paper products for our stay. Great beds and quality appliances made our stay comfortable. The central location meant we had easy access to all Rosemary Beach and other 30A communities have to offer (Bikes, shopping, dining, beach and pools!) but it was still a quiet and enjoyable stay. Parking and access were a breeze and the balcony was a great way to wind down...counting the days to our next stay. Thank you Cheryl and team!

"Excellent location"

This was a great location for our family. The pull-down bed in the living room was perfect for our kids and it was spacious enough to hang out and relax. The building was plenty quiet with almost no other traffic in the hallways. Located right on the town center, restaurants, shops, and pools are so close. While the beach is a little bit of a hike with young kids (under 5), we did walk to the beach every day. Communication was great with the manager. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great location! The condo was lovely and well kept. It did pour down rain and we had a leak from the unit above. The property manager was super responsive and even drove through the downpour to bring more towels. She even called later to check in on us.

The only problem we had was lack of vacuum cleaner. For a week long stay with kids, one needs more than a broom for cleaning. Otherwise, the location and state of the rental was perfect.

I'm a town planner and architect and will tell you, Rosemary is the best family friendly community on the panhandle. Not to mention, the weather was perfect and the ocean temperature fantastic.

The beach inspired condo has two full baths, one bedroom (king size bed), full kitchen, living room, and balcony. Parking is provided just outside on Wiggle Lane. We didn't leave Rosemary often but if you decide to take a day trip there are other interesting communities close by, such as seaside, Alys Beach, Watercolor, etc. Also, there are a few state parks only a short distance away with beautiful dunes and local nature. Lastly, there's a Publix super market for your grocery needs only a few miles away.

Rosemary Beach is a top destination on Florida's gulf coast. You don't want to miss out on staying in this community and you'll definitely want to come back.

Cheryl informed us at the time of booking that the building might be undergoing some repair work but she wouldn't know for certain until later. When the week of our vacation arrived, and it was obvious there was a lot of noisy construction, Cheryl moved us to another one of her rental properties (which was larger and closer to the beach) for no extra charge. The condo we stayed in was wonderful - plenty of room for my two teenagers, very well-appointed and right in the heart of Rosemary Beach and just steps from the beach. Everything was top-notch including our rental experience with Cheryl at The All Seaons Collection 30A!

The condominium is very clean with good furnishings and use of space. The location is fantastic in the heart of Rosemary Beach and a short walk to the beach and other interesting locations such as Aly's Beach.

Perfect for family of 4
Condo was perfect for our family of four with the boys (5/4) sleeping on the Murphy bed and using the 2nd bathroom. We simply folded the bed up out of the way. Very clean and in the heart of rosemary. We’ll be back!

Immaculate condo in the heart of Rosemary Beach
We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The condo was so open and clean with all the amenities you could possibly need. Also, the property manager was quick to respond to all of my questions and also checked up on us to make sure our stay was perfect! We would absolutely stay here again. Just below the condo was a great coffee shop, a wine and cheese shop and a bookstore...what more could you ask for? The beach was a short five minute walk away. Just writing this review makes me want to book this place again!

"Wonderful location!"

As usual, we enjoyed our stay in Rosemary. The location and layout of The Lofts made for a positive experience with an easy walk to shops, restaurants, and the beach. My only complaint is the king size mattress could use an upgrade. Also, the space had the strangest smell. We unplugged the plug-ins and removed the diffuser, but never could overcome the scent. Overall, we had a wonderful time and recognize that the areas of improvement are preferences. We look forward to vacationing in Rosemary again soon!

EXCELLENT!!!
This beautiful condo looks exactly as it does in the pictures online. Very clean and tastefully decorated. The owner was very attentive to our needs and checked in on us periodically to see if we needed anything. Excellent communication! It is a short walk to the beach which was nice. We were worried that since it was above a shopping strip that it would be loud but it wasn't at all but in fact very peaceful. There was remodeling going on across the hall in the same building which was disruptive at times but that was of no fault of the owners. The owners definitely want to ensure that families have no worries and that they have a wonderful vacation. This was definitely one of our favorite places! Would stay again!

We loved our stay in this condo. Great location, clean, and well-appointed!
My husband, son and I stayed here for a short vacation and really enjoyed it. The location is ideal, right in the town center of Rosemary. Close to everything including the beach. The condo was very clean, stocked with everything we needed from towels and soap to kitchen supplies. The space was perfect for us with a comfortable king bed, living area and balcony for us to enjoy after the baby’s bedtime. Cheryl was incredibly responsive, kind and helpful. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we stayed an extra day. We would love to come back!
