This house was true to its description, and was a wonderful place beautifully stocked with everything you would ever need. I would stay here again.

The house was beautiful. The property manager was great. She was kind and always helpful. Rosemary was lovely. I especially appreciated the well equipped kitchen. The color scheme was pretty. The updates were amazing. We definitely will be back.

This house was perfect for our family of 11. The house was super clean and the kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed. We especially loved the large outdoor space and how accessible it was from the family room. Location was great and would definitely recommend this house.

"Perfect Location in Heart of Rosemary"

Can not beat this location! Photos are very accurate. Pool was heated and great outdoor space for entertaining! House comes with beach access cards & adult bikes, which is very convenient. Perfect proximity to shops & restaurants. The house is a bit dated compared to other places we stayed and really is a 4 rating for us, but we knew that from the photos. Easy check-in and the management company was very responsive to questions. We would stay again!

"Perfect Family Retreat"

This home was fantastic. We had 5 adults, 2 teenagers and a 4 year old, all of while had plenty of space and comfortable sleeping arrangements. The pool was such a wonderful amenity, as was the outdoor grill and dining area. If I had to stretch and flag any downside to the place, I'd note that the kitchen and living area can get a bit cramped if you have more than 5 or 6 people down there. Otherwise an amazing spot!!

This house was absolutely beautiful!!! Modern, amazing location, central to everything , clean, well stocked with modern appliances, towels etc. The modern pool area is equipped with plenty of seating and is tastefully done. There is not one negative thing that could be said about this property. Brenda the property manger was very professional, sweet and prompt when I called. Make sure to read their detailed red book, everything was explained clearly and in-depth. Our families have traveled together for many years and this place is already on the books for next year!! This home and Rosemary beach was so beautiful we can’t wait to come back!! Thank you Cheryl for allowing us to rent your beautiful home!

If I had to choose 1 drawback it would be we wish the queen room could of been another king. Other than that the house was really great. It was very clean very well decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked. Cheryl was very helpful and easy to work with. The location was also perfect!

We’ve been renting houses in Rosemary for 10 years now. This house is by far the best! The pool and patio were amazing. Every bed was comfortable. Every amenity we needed was there. The property manager was fantastic. Can’t wait to go again!

This property was a great location in Rosemary and a great spot for large groups! The outdoor pool and patios are great entertaining areas. After a day at the beach, we found ourselves hanging by the pool most of the evening. The kitchen was well stocked with plates and supplies. All bedrooms were clean and had adequate space for our group. The location was a very short and easy walk to the beach and the downtown area of Rosemary. This was our second time staying at a property managed by Cheryl and she was just as easy to contact and very responsive.

My family comes to Rosemary every summer, and this has been one of our favorite properties to stay at. We’ve never stayed on the Park side of 30a before, but we were pleasantly surprised with how quiet it is compared to the gulf side, and what a short walk it was to the beach walkovers.

The house had a perfect layout for our family of 8- 5 adults, 3 small children, and plenty of room to spare. The house came loaded with beach towels, which was so nice since we were in and out of the pool and beach all day.

Hands down the backyard oasis makes this house incredible. We spent most of our time outside swimming, cooking, and lounging- again, all with plenty of room to spare.

Our stay here was wonderful and we were sad when the week was over. We hope to return again next year!

Fantastic home with wonderful management. Cheryl was incredible and easy to communicate with. The home was perfect for us and the two other families that joined us. Despite being in the "back" of Rosemary, it was easy to get to everything including the beach.

Loved this home. So much room for everyone to spread out! We loved making big family dinners here. Loved the pool and outdoor area. Across the street from Community pool. Located close to the square and beach. Such a cute area to bike and walk around. Loved our stay here. We definitely will be back.

We had a wonderful week in Rosemary beach. The house was super clean and perfect for our group of 3 families. Great decor, amazing outdoor space and a great kitchen. Enough space for each family to have privacy. The young kids stay in the third floor with plenty of room and their own bathroom, the 2 teenagers stay in their own bedroom with bunk beds and there were still 3 nice rooms of each couple. We had the heated pool and was perfect. We will definitely come back!

Great house in great location!
Great house is great location. It is well equipped and has a great layout for large families with kids (third floor can sleep at least 5 if not more). Management was very responsive to any needs. I highly recommend.

Our group had a great vacation in Rosemary Beach! This house is amazing. Beautiful and comfortable outdoor space. Lots of outdoor seating. The house was perfect! Plenty of room inside and out for our 8 girl trip. Very nice accomodations!
Cheryl and Brenda took great care of us while there, even delivering ice daily since the house was in between ice makers!
