"Great little cottage"

Nice clean little cottage perfect for the two of us. Location was excellent and we got plenty of use of the bikes and tricycle. Tricycle perfect for carrying cooler and bags to the beach. A/c was having some trouble but the manager had someone over promptly to clean filters and get it running strong. Looking forward to our next trip to the area!

Overall, this was a great place to stay in close vicinity to the beach. The place was clean and had all essential items. The AC was a little weak for the extreme Florida summer heat, and it was pretty bright in the morning despite using the shades. Thank you for having us!

My Wife & I loved this cozy little cottage. It is very, very clean, well thought out, with lovely decor, and perfectly located, a short walk to everything. We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and this couldn't have been more perfect.

My husband and I had the best stay here. It was the perfect amount of space, a clean and comfortable spot to lay our heads. We were out and about most of the time, and the included bikes were perfect for that. We took them everywhere. Loved having the porch for a rainy afternoon. You can’t beat the location. Right in the middle of Rosemary and walkable/bikeable to everything. Thank you for the extra beach towels also - we brought our own but ended up needing fresh ones for evenings on the beach. We wish we had stayed long enough to take advantage of the pool access. Such a perk. We can’t say enough good things. We will be back for sure!

A very clean cute condo that has everything you could need on your trip to 30A! We had an amazing stay & loved the property we chose. There are beach umbrellas and beach chairs in the garage that previous guests have left available for use! It’s nice to have a garage to park your car in, prime location, super clean. 5 star rating from us

Overall the cottage was beautiful and clean! The cottage hade local homemade soap, which was a beautiful touch. My wife and I love rosemary and this rental was and excellent home. I did have an issue with check out dates, on the VRBO email it said one day and in the system it had another day. Although this was a little frustrating, after talking to the host she cleared up the issue which was greatly appreciated!!

We really enjoyed our stay here while we visited Rosemary!!! The cottage was very clean, kept up, & provided all the necessities we needed for our trip. So much to say about this spot, but I’ll try to keep it short. First off, Cheryl is an outstanding host! She is friendly, helpful, and seems to really care about your experience at her VRBO. She is quick to communicate and solve any issue you have. The carriage house is the perfect spot to experience Rosemary Beach. It was clean, comfortable, updated, and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Two blocks from the town square on one of the quietest streets. The included bikes were so much fun - an easy 2 minute ride to the included private beach access. If you’re getting away by yourself or the two of you, this is probably one of the best places you can stay in Rosemary! 10/10, A+++ We can’t wait to come back and won’t look at anywhere else to stay from now on!

The room was very neat and super clean. We had a fun time riding the bikes around Rosemary and to the beach. We were glad to have the bikes to ride to the beach as it is at least a 10 minute walk. I thought it was closer. The property is very small. I contacted Cheryl several times before our trip and she was super helpful and nice. Next time we will probably find a bigger place to stay but this was a nice place.

Perfect location and great communication from the owner. This was the perfect spot for my husband and I to stay and was an easy walk to the fun shops and restaurants in 30A. And of course easy beach access! Loved having the bikes all week too. Would stay here again for sure.

We loved our stay at this property for our honeymoon! It was the perfect amount of room for the two of us and location to all the amenities couldn’t have been better! The only thing I would say is that there was areas of the bathroom that were not cleaned properly but it was handled quickly once the property manager was made aware of the issue!

This was my very first time renting through VRBO and our inaugural trip to 30A! We came to Rosemary Beach to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary and everything about the trip was just splendid. This property was PERFECT for us as an active couple. Everything we needed for the stay. Walkable and bikeable to all things we wanted to see and do. The Carriage House has a garage which was super convenient to park our car. This little bungalow was just adorable in so so so many ways. Cheryl also made the process so easy for us - which will entice me back to VRBO again! You will absolutely not regret a reservation here - highly recommend!

The wife and I spent our 13 wedding anniversary week at Rosemary Beach. It was the perfect get-a-way. The town and surrounding areas are amazing. We biked and walked everywhere with no problem. Excellent short stay in Rosemary Beach, a destination I never knew about. This place is a hidden gem and perfect for 1 or 2 people. At night it was a little tricky to know exactly which home it was but once I found it and got inside the rest was smooth sailing. Cheryl and her team do an impeccable job with keeping the place very clean and has high quality furnishings (Cheryl's background is with Ritz Carlton which I am not surprised by in the least). My background is in five star luxury hospitality and she delivered a product experience along this same level.

My husband and I had the best weekend at Rosemary beach at the wiggle lane carriage house! It was obviously new and very clean. It had just what we needed for a long weekend- a small balcony, TV, garage, bikes and a coffee pot made for a convenient, luxurious experience! We love 30A and have visited many times and will be recommending this place to family and friends for the cleanliness and simplicity. Thanks for a great weekend!

"Wonderful response by the owner to a problem"

Entered the carriage house and all was fine until I realized the shower was leaking and the dripping kept me awake most of the night. Contacted owner and she sent plumber that morning, but he was not able to fix problem. Owner sent local manager over to move us to another property which was larger and by the town square. She also said the she would not charge me for the first night. I thought that her response to our problem was above and beyond what I expected. I would recommend any of her properties to anyone that I know. We hope to visit Rosemary Beach again and will look for her properties to stay. Thank you to Michelle and Brenda.

This carriage house is in the perfect location with just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. We appreciated using the provided beach chairs, umbrella, and bicycle. The kitchen is also perfect and includes a small freezer, which we used for ice to keep things cool at the beach. We had a lovely stay and Cheryl was incredibly helpful and responsive!

My husband and I enjoyed spending a week at the Carriage House! We loved having a patio to sit outside and enjoy breakfast, having access to a small kitchen, and the bikes! There were also beach chairs available in the garage for us to use. We did have a bit of trouble with the wifi but received quick assistance when we called the property manager.
