The All Seasons Collection 30A is pleased to include this charming Pied-a-Terre to our portfolio of adult only carriage homes; "The Always Collection". Upon arrival you can enjoy a complimentary glass of French Le Grand Courtage champagne. Additionally two designer style robes w/slippers are provided for your comfort as well as numerous other amenities such as shampoo and conditioner from our local Apothecary Pish Posh Patchouli's and our special blend of light citrus mixed with hints of jasmine, rose, and hyacinth Bondi Breeze soap. Morning coffee is provided by Amavida our local coffee roaster.
This Scandinavian style getaway has been meticulously renovated, to include a Palacek Regatta Pendent crafted from hand-woven natural cotton rope as the entry light fixture, Serena and Lily dining chairs, retro designed refrigerator, quartz countertop and full stone backsplash in Kitchen and Terrazzo tile flooring throughout, are just a few of the many features this carriage home offers.
For cooking purposes there is no stove (there is a microwave) however the area boasts over 30 fabulous dining options!!!
The dressing area features custom wood bath vanity with hand made draw pulls. Shower tile 3-Dimensional linear texture and natural maple tones, also a washer and dryer.
Parking is available on the parking pad in front of the garage, also enjoy two complimentary adult bikes

Cancellation Policy
In the event the GUEST cancels prior to 60 days of the start of the rental date, all fees will be refunded. If guest cancels after 60 days of the start date of the rental date all fees shall be forfeited by GUEST unless the Property can be re-rented for the same time period and at the same rate. If MANAGER is able to re-rent the Property for the same time period and at the same rate, then the rent shall be returned to GUEST less a 5% cancellation fee. There are no refunds for late arrivals, early departures and inclement weather conditions. In the event of a mandatory evacuation a prorated refund will be given from the day of the mandatory evacuation.

"Perfect Couples Getaway"
My husband and I recently enjoyed a long weekend at Bridgetown Haven Carriage House. We have vacationed in and around Rosemary Beach for many years but this was our best rental experience, so far! Each and every step of the rental process thru All Seasons Collection 30A was clear, quick and efficient. Soon after our booking was confirmed, we received an email containing all the necessary arrival information; instructions for chair rentals, directions to the home, parking instructions, lockbox codes, and instructions for check-in and departure. Upon arrival, we happily discovered the features and amenities of this wonderful carriage house were just as described on the All Seasons 30A website; easy access to the assigned parking spot, complimentary adult bikes, welcome gift of champagne, fabulous local coffee & toiletries, complimentary robes & slippers and our Amenity and Parking passes for our stay. The on-site Concierge Book contained a wealth of helpful information for visitors as well as contact information to reach Cheryl’s team with questions, requests or issues.
Throughout the weekend, we continued to discover unexpected things to love about Bridgetown Haven Carriage House; not only is the structure incredibly well-planned with storage galore (chronic over-packer here), it is meticulously clean, beautifully decorated, thoughtfully planned, comfortably and functionality furnished; quartz countertops, Terrazzo flooring, custom cabinetry, Serena & Lily furnishings, local art, luxurious pillows and bedding, cozy blankets, dimmable lighting, well stocked kitchen (including a Keurig coffee maker), and rugs, hooks & baskets in all the right places! The owners truly thought of everything!
During our stay, we experienced a mechanical issue but within 15 minutes of reporting the problem, the All Seasons 30A team arrived to resolve the problem. (Thanks Cheryl & Brenda!)
We highly recommend this incredible property and will definitely return soon!!! We also recommend that you follow them on Facebook. It is not only a “property marketing” page, as you might expect. They post lots of local community events on the page; upcoming events of various Merchants of Rosemary Beach, weekly calendar of area events, Sunday farmers market, movie nights, rain-outs, re-schedules, town announcements and more.
