We absolutely enjoyed our time at the property…it was BEYOND accommodating! We loved the layout and how all of the furnishings are so well appointed. Such a luxe and sophisticated vibe that’s definitely high on my list whn searching for travel accommodations . We also were really pleased with the location being only steps away from the beach! We will definitely consider this property again upon our return to Rosemary.

The condo was just as pictured and described. It was clean and very comfortable. It was within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The beach was also within walking distance. The owner was very quick to respond to any concerns or questions.

We loved how we were a family of 7, 3 different parties within our family (grandparents, separate grandparent and mom, dad and kids) yes we felt spread out enough where everyone had their own space and privacy. Never once did we feel cramped. The home was very clean, open, and well organized for all your needs! 🙂

This property was absolutely stunning…everything you could possibly need. Perfect beach location, so many perks to this property. There are ALOT of stairs which wasn’t a problem for us but something to be aware of, Definitely would visit again. Everything was walkable…didn’t really even need bikes. Beach was just lovely

Great location. Walking distance to everything. Beach access was literally 2-3 min walk. Check and Check out process was easy. Wifi was an issue a couple of days but owner/management fixed it asap. Brenda from property management was super nice and friendly. Kids loved their bunk beds. Overall is good experience.

After reading all the great reviews we were a bit skeptical regarding the most recent one. We could not have asked for a more lovely home with a two minute or less walk to the beach. We would like to give a shout out to Cheryl and her team. See you next year!!!

This is a beautiful home, very clean, and in a great location just off the H walkway. Layout is a bit strange with lots of stairs, but it worked for our family. The “beach butler” area in lower level is a nice touch. Huge kitchen and living area on upper level.

Easy rental. Perfect location in Rosemary.

Enjoyed our stay but would have been nice to have a dresser in the second master bedroom downstairs. Very lovely place with the perfect location. We were there for a friends daughter’s wedding -only wish the weather had been nicer as rainy and cold for most of the time of our visit. Oh we’ll just have to come back I guess!

We visit Rosemary quite often, and this has been my favorite house we’ve stayed in. Absolutely stunning and so close to everything. Plus the property manager was amazing at communication!

Wow! The house was spacious and so nicely equipped. The location was ideal!! The home offered lots of privacy for multiple couples or families. We will rent this home again!!

We had a wonderful time at the property. This gorgeous home is steps away from the beach, has a wonderful kitchen with everything you need to cook, and a great balcony where you can see the ocean . The entire first floor has beautiful white stone floors, with lots of stairs leading up to the second floor. The loft area with beds is great for younger children but is tight for adults. Overall, we loved our stay!

This home is as beautiful as the pictures would suggest, and we had a wonderful week-long vacation in June. Property management was great -- we had a couple of issues / questions to which the responded very quickly. The owners provide beach chairs and umbrellas in addition to some sand castle building toys -- all of these were nice touches and much appreciated, as we did not make beach chair reservations except for one day. Beds were phenomenal. We would love to stay in this home again in the future.

We loved everything about the house. The location on a quiet and tree shaded boardwalk that led straight to the beach was perfect. The house was beautifully decorated and absolutely immaculate!

From beginning of rental process to the end of trip I was very pleased. Property was very nice and I felt like it was a great value for my spring vacation. Cheryl is a very competent person that I enjoyed working with. The home was beautifully kept and I had zero issues. The weather was simply amazing for our March trip and with our beach chairs set up daily I couldn’t have been happier. The sugar white sand and calm breeze made for the perfect beach day everyday!! My family and I enjoyed renting bikes, eating great food and shopping around. I can’t say enough nice things about the house, location and Cheryl!! I was truly happy with my stay!!

This was our fourth trip to Rosemary and second back to this home. Both were perfect. Full of fun, beauty, and relaxation. This home is the perfect location in Rosemary, so close to the beach, pool, and town center. It’s beautifully designed and maintained. We look forward to staying again next year.

This property is every bit as gorgeous as it looks. And convenient to everything, beach, good food, atmosphere. The large family kitchen/dining/living room was perfect and it truly was only steps away from the beach.

We did have an issue -- the entire street (basically an alley) was removed while we were there. We had no notice that this was going to happen. Thankfully my husband moved our car before we wouldn't have been able to move it when we needed to vacate.

We were, understandably, upset that we weren't forewarned about this issue. Property manager was very responsive. Found out that the owner had, in fact, communicated it to them and they had failed to give us adequate notice. Besides the car issue, construction started about 7 in the morning, so our kids couldn't sleep late (though they fought it). Also couldn't sit out and enjoy coffee on the porch because of the issue. But we couldn't hear the construction in our bedroom or in the great room upstairs, if the TV was on and no doors/windows open. We were assured where to park, then had a security officer come pound on our door late at night

(past ten), telling us to move the car again, due to more construction in that area.

We were given some money back, and that helped. If we had known, we'd have been able to decide if it was worth it to come and probably would have gotten a discount to come, so maybe the same result? (Depends on when notice was given, as you have less ability to adjust at some point).

Unfortunately, this is the second time this year we've been hit with early morning, loud construction in a rental through VRBO, and not warned about it. I do think the ball was dropped here, and that it wasn't intentional. Also, the property manager reacted with care and thought, so that was helpful. I think we'd rent this again. Rosemary Beach was delightful, as was the property without the construction.

First time in rosemary beach and this place was the perfect location! The patio is amazing and just a 1 minute walk to the beach!

Our family of 4 along with another family of 4 from Germany recently stayed at this beautiful home for a week. The home is very well suited for two families with two bedrooms that we considered both to be master bedrooms and a separate built in bunk space for the children. There is also a daybed with a trundle bed. The kitchen and living room area is very nice and includes all cooking accessories, a gas grill, and three dishwashers. The home is very beautiful and you can tell that the owners and the property managers take very good care of the property to make certain that your stay is memorable. The home is a few steps from the beach or one of the four community pools. It is also a few steps from several restaurants and shops. The home also has a 2 car garage, which was very convenient. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an amazing place to stay in Rosemary Beach. And, we will most certainly be staying at the property again in the future.

My family of six just returned from our Spring Break in Rosemary! From the time we entered the house to packing up I commented on how perfect the location was! The house layout and decor was awesome as well! We had plenty of room for our large family, and could have easily fit more! The common areas/kitchen make you feel like home! We loved the walking distance to the beach, restaurants and of course The Sugar Shack! We also enjoyed the biking distance to Alys Beach!

We had traveled to Rosemary for the first time a few weeks ago. The house was absolutely gorgeous with everything you needed. Location could not be better and management/owner could not be more accommodating. Will not hesitate to book again!

The home was in the perfect location- very close to town and beach! The second floor open kitchen and living areas was a perfect place for us all to hang out together. Having bedrooms close together but well-separated was very well thought out. The washer/dryer right by side door was so convenient for washing beach things. The kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy cooking in and grilling. The ocean view from the balcony was a bonus- this was a favorite reading nook! Was nice to have two king beds (although one mattress was very soft and may need to be replaced) with nice linens and towels. The home is absolutely beautiful and we were well-taken care of. The salt and pepper shakers were missing and Cheryl had some delivered immediately! We can’t wait to come back.

Perfect place a block from the beach and the Pearl. Top of the line everything. Plenty of room for the adults and the teen bunk room with full bath worked out great. Will come again.

The house was in a wonderful location and the kids were able to ride bikes, swim in the neighborhood pools and walk easily to the beach. And the restaurants and shops are located one street away. The home was clean and the kitchen was well-equipped. There was even a view of the Gulf (obstructed, but still a view...) from the relaxing wrap around porches! The beds and pillows were comfortable, and although the bunk room doesn't have a door, the bunks are located up several stairs for a semi-private spot for kids with their own bathroom connected. The living room/kitchen were located on the 2nd floor -- but the home has a great ice maker and mini fridge located on the first floor to easily stock coolers for the beach. I would definitely recommend this home! Location, location!

This home is mistepresented on the website. We arrived and were extremely disappointed and surprised to find out that this is actually a 2 bedroom home. There is a hallway with 3 bunk beds built into the walls that the owner considers a bedroom. There is a bathroom in the area; however, it is a hallway with no door closing off this sleeping area. I'm not sure how anyone could consider it a bedroom considering that there is no door & also no closet space. It is very noisy since there is no door and also it's open to other living areas via a cutout in the wall. We paid for and planned to have 3 bedrooms, and this significant listing misrepresentation caused serious problems and inconvenience for our guests who were unlucky enough to stay in this noisy area. Furthermore, after discovering the listing misrepresentation, Cheryl, the owner and property manager, never returned my calls. She sent someone from her office over to tell us she was sorry for any confusion, but I never heard back from her after leaving several messages. Also, the house backs to restaurants and shops. As a result, there are smells and activity outside that aren't always pleasant.

It was a pleasure staying in this lovely home. Upscale decor and comfortable beds were much appreciated. Kitchen was well stocked with all the amenities. Location can't be beat. Thank you.

We enjoyed this beautiful home and the ideal location to the beach, restaurants and shopping. It has been on our bucket list of places to stay since we have been coming to Rosemary Beach and it did not disappoint. We were 4 adults and 4 kids and everyone had plenty of space. We loved relaxing in the large courtyard as well as the upstairs porch which has fabulous views of the town and ocean. The gourmet kitchen and gas grill were well stocked with everything we could possibly need to prepare our meals and the ice maker/refrigerator downstairs were very convenient when packing coolers for a day at the beach. It was also helpful that all of the amenities in the home were clearly labeled with instructions. A few suggestions would be use of the elevator given the amount of stairs in the home especially while unpacking and coming in with groceries as well as a larger washer and dryed given the amount of people the house sleeps but it would not prevent us from returning. Cheryl the property manger was an absolute pleasure to work with and our arrival and departure were seamless not to mention that the house was spotless when we arrived.

We loved relaxing in the large courtyard as well as the upstairs porch which has fabulous views of the town and ocean. The gourmet kitchen and gas grill were well stocked with everything we could possibly need to prepare our meals and the ice maker/refrigerator downstairs were very convenient when packing coolers for a day at the beach. It was also helpful that all of the amenities in the home were clearly labeled with instructions. A few suggestions would be use of the elevator given the amount of stairs in the home especially while unpacking and coming in with groceries as well as a larger washer and dryed given the amount of people the house sleeps but it would not prevent us from returning. Cheryl the property manger was an absolute pleasure to work with and our arrival and departure were seamless not to mention that the house was spotless when we arrived.

The short walk to the beach was great for rolling coolers and chairs. Location was great, we didn't want for anything here! We will definitely be back again! We just wrapped up a wonderful vacation in this home. It is just beautiful-- perfectly decorated and exceptional finishing touches throughout the home. The children loved the cozy bunk room, equipped with TVs in two nooks. The home was just perfect for us. The kitchen and living spaces are on the second floor, though, so do be aware of that if you have trouble with stairs. The location is perfect. It is right on the path to Crossover H and probably a 50-75 yard walk. It is also right behind the Main Street shops and eateries-- incredibly convenient. Cheryl was great to work with, very kind and responsive. Would advise that people take special note of the stairs, shown in the pics. While, we were easily able to accommodate them, the 29 steps from ground floor, to second floor kitchen, might be a bit much some. We are thankful that the owners now offer this amazing home, for others to enjoy. Truly special.
