This was a terrific place for our group of 8 to stay for the week! Great location, plenty of room and very responsive property management. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed for a week with whole family - including a 3 and 1 year old and couldn’t have asked for a better house! Great place, location and Cheryl was very responsive and accommodating…..we’ve already asked to book next year!

"Beautiful Rosemary Property"

Stayed here for a week with my entire family! Couldn’t recommend this house enough. Great location, super clean, spacious, and pool is a plus! Quick responses to any questions. Comfy beds, large showers, bikes, the list goes on! Ran out of a few household basics quickly like paper towels and trash bags due to having a full house but property manager was quick to restock! Hope to come back again!

Lovely space. Soaring ceilings, dramatic windows, custom drapes & well appointed fixtures. Comfortable beds, great alfresco dining, under counter ice maker with “good ice,” bikes, cocktail pool & spa, well appointed kitchen, room darkening drapes in bedrooms, and generous, handsome bathrooms. What’s not to love? Kitchen remodeled since photos and looks amazing. You’d be hard pressed to find a more attractively decorated rental. Concerns for some— the third-floor bedroom not the best choice for your 90-year old mom or uncle who drinks too much. Close to town and neighbors — a little noise spills into courtyard. For our family of 6 adults— it was absolutely perfect. We grilled, dined outside every night, biked daily, and enjoyed the 5 minute stroll to the beach. Highly recommended.

My family stayed for a week over Spring break. The house was lovely, clean and spacious. Cheryl was very responsive to any questions and great to work with. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend!

We loved staying at 15 Wiggle Lane!!! OMG the location was amazing!! My husband and I wanted to get our family together after not seeing one another for 1 1/2 yrs due to covid. It rained pretty much the whole time but we didn’t care. It was a great house with a pool and hot tub. We used those everyday!! It’s a great house and had everything we needed to make our family trip home!!

The house was great - excellent location and very clean. Our family of 7 thoroughly enjoyed the private plunge pool and the close beach access. The house also came with a convenient wagon and beach chairs/towels which were helpful. Communication with management was easy. My one comment is that the WiFi doesn't work very well on the very top floor but other than that things worked smoothly. We will definitely be back! Thanks!

"Perfect for a family"

Perfect for our entire family-6 adults with kids ages 17, 6, 5, & 7 months. Plenty of space and good access to everything in town. Easy walk to the beach using boardwalk to Crossover H. The included beach cart made it a breeze. The house is super clean and comfortable. Awesome outdoor dining area and pool were exactly what we had hoped and were in constant use. The owner/manager Cheryl was quick to respond and very accommodating. I could go on and on. I polled everyone in our group (including the kids) how they felt about this place and if we decided to come to Rosemary Beach again is this where they would want to stay. It was a resounding, unanimous 'YES!'

"Excellent property perfect for family spring break!"

Perfect house for spring break with my husband and our twin 14-year-old daughters. Location was excellent, girls could walk or bike to everything, and what we couldn't buy at the grocery store that was within walking distance, the Publix was a quick 5 min. drive away. Any question I had, Cheryl was quick to respond. We would definitely come back!

The property and location were awesome! Clean and very well appointed. Short walk to the beach, shopping & great restaurants. Bikes included were great for our teens. The small heated pool & hot tub were great for days & nights when temps were cooler. Property manager is very responsive and helpful! We have stayed at other locations along 30A, but Rosemary Beach is our favorite!

"Family reunion"

Great location, you’re a few steps from EVERYTHING but still quiet nice layout of house with cute pool and hot tub (which was a HUGE hit). Very nice furnishings too. Some super picky comments: there was no pantry so all dry goods had to stay n the counters. I like to put things way. The floor had some debris when we got there and the shower door on one of the second floor master bedrooms did not close all the way.

"A perfect retreat"

The location was ideal... the home was a sanctuary and had everything we needed and then some! We had a fabulous time. The private pool and hot tub were perfect for a chilly winter weekend.

Love the location. Super clean, cute decor. Great supplies in kitchen, if needed. (Only one “wish”: need space for food/groceries besides just out on counter..... however, most of the homes are same issue) LOVE patio/lights/space. Pool/hot tub used often. You’ll get your cardio....lots of stairs, but worth it.

"Perfect location for a summer vacation"

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 15 Wiggle Lane. The house was a perfect place for our family to vacation. It was so nice to have a pool for the children to enjoy without having to take them to one of the community pools. This house is a short walk to the beach, to the shops and to the restaurants. I highly recommend staying here.

"Great house for families with kids."

House is great and offers everything you will need to have a great stay at RMB. The covered outdoor table came in handy every night we were there and is a bit of a rarity for RMB. The pool is perfect for kids and after the beach. Cheryl was great to work with and no issues whatsoever. Close to shops, and just north of 30A makes this house a no brainer for those who want to be centrally located. Great place to stay!

I have stayed at Rosemary and Watercolor over the years and love 30A. The house was lovely I do think that providing a few more paper towels, cascade and salt and pepper is part of a package.

They got us in EARLY to the home, it was perfect and exactly as advertised. Cheryl and Brenda helped, were close by, and even coordinated a toddler sleep rocker for us when ours got lost via the flight.

I will rent with them from here on out...GREAT experience and attention to details. They even let us keep our bags in the storage closet for an extra hour or so the day we checked-out, just one less thing to deal with when traveling with kids:)

I will rent with them from here on out...GREAT experience and attention to details. They even let us keep our bags in the storage closet for an extra hour or so the day we checked-out, just one less thing to deal with when traveling with kids:)

"2 families for a Week…and plenty of room"

We had a great stay. The location is awesome and the house was great for a few families with kids as we were able to spread out in the masters for the parents and kids could take the twins and bunks.

The pool was the best part. Morning and afternoon shade makes for ease with little kids playing in the pool before or after beach and not worrying about another full sunscreen/packup round.

I booked this home to treat my 3 children, daughter in love, grandson and my best friend of 25 years to a week at the beach to celebrate life. My oldest son was married here 2 years ago, my birthday is next month and with a grandchild now , I couldn’t think of anything I’d rather do than be with those I love. We loved this home. The location. The intimacy yet space and bedrooms and enough bathrooms for all of us. We loved the mornings by the pool and grilling out and enjoying dinner on the patio. Thank you for making our family vacation a beautiful memory ❤️
