Family of 6 plus a friend and everyone was very comfortable! Love the 2 master suites with king beds and their own private balconies. Had a couple issues that were resolved immediately management company is first class Overall great trip and fantastic place will definitely be booking again

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this charming place. The house is beautiful with a great decorating touch, wonderful light throughout the house, and clean. The two master suites, with outdoor decks, were wonderful and enjoyed by us. While we enjoyed the house, the third bedroom (loft) does not feel like a bedroom as the bunk bed sets are small and the storage space, for clothes and suitcases, for three or four people does not really work. The house really feels more appropriate for six people because of the loft setup, with probably four adults and young teenagers (as the oldest kids). This is a great location that is close to the Sky pool, fitness center and easy access to the town center. Also, quick bike ride to several beach walkover points.

We loved our stay at this house. Perfect for families with teenagers! Location was a short walk to town and the beach. The double upstairs balconies were perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The property manager, Cheryl, was easy to work with and took care of the few needs/questions we had immediately. We would definitely stay at this property again.

This was our first time to Rosemary Beach and we would absolutely come back! The walk ability was great, the beaches are beautiful. This home was perfect for our girl's trip. The stairs going up to the bunk room would be tough for small children, but otherwise this home was great for a group.

This was a BEAUTIFUL place, clean, cozy, we all felt immediately at home here. The walk to the beach and shopping next door was just silly easy. This house is absolutely stunning! It was very clean. The location was perfect and walkable/bike-able to everything. Beds were very comfortable. It is so spacious! There are separate vanities & sinks in bathrooms for getting ready. The balconies are huge and perfect for sipping coffee in the morning and wine at night. We absolutely loved our time here for our annual ladies trip. We would definitely stay here again! 🙂

Lovely stay in Rosemary Beach - the home is a quick walk to the beach, shops and pool. We did not have a car and walked to George’s for dinner one night. The home was perfect - comfy beds, seating and well appointed kitchen with Viking appliances.

This beach house was lovely for the perfect girls weekend. The bikes were a bonus for early morning rides to the donut shop and the wagon was the extra bonus for lugging our stuff to the beach. The upstairs decks were convenient for morning coffee and a glass of wine for late evening chats. The pools we used after a day at the beach were ideal. One was like staying at a Las Vegas casino pool and the other was shaded (perfect if you has too much sun). We has a very nice weekend in this home.

We spent one week at this house in Rosemary Beach and I must say it was excellent. Very clean and well furnished. The 4 bicycles and the beach wagon made the short walk to the beach very easy. The only drawback for us was the stairs to the 3rd floor loft. They are setup in an unusual way and would take a little while to get used to. All in all we would recommend this house and would definitely stay there again when we return to Rosemary.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at 108 Bourne. The home was clean and very functional. The outside shower was very helpful to clean off after a long day at the beach. The drain didn’t drain too well and probably should have been larger to prevent water overflow onto the porch, but was a minor issue overall. The porches were all very nice and relaxing with soft comfortable furniture. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious and the kids loved the 3rd floor bunk room with TV sitting area. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone and plan to stay here in the future! It was conveniently located 1 block from the main square and lawns as well as a short 5 minute walk to the beach (boardwalk E).

We enjoyed our stay at this residence April 13-18th 2019. We had 4 adults and 3 children 8 and under. It has an updated interior design and the beds were extremely comfortable. The beach is a short 5 minute walk away and is just a couple blocks from the indoor pool which our kids loved. We spent a lot of time outside on the patio which is charming and private. We walked to all of the restaurants in rosemary which were fantastic. We would love to rent this house again.

I took my three children for a family trip to the beach at Rosemary. This house worked perfectly. Loved the location and the setting. The house had everything we needed and Cheryl and her team we’re very prompt and courteous. I especially liked the outdoor courtyard right off the kitchen with the fountain . It was peaceful for a cup of coffee or to have an outdoor lunch or dinner. Overall it was wonderful!

This was our 7th summer staying in RB and this home tops the list. We vacationed with another family and the fact that it had two master bedrooms and the over-sized bunk room made it PERFECT for 7 of us. The home is tastefully decorated and has all the amenities you would expect when renting in RB. Most impressive was Cheryl (the owner), I had a few questions before/during the trip and she was almost instant with a reply/followup.You will definitely be in good hands if you decide to rent her property.

We stayed in this house with family friends - we have 3 kids, they have 1. We enjoyed the fact that this house has 2 full master suites and a 4-bunk children's floor. I will say that the stairs going up to the 3rd floor took a bit of getting used to, but they are appropriate for kids ages 5 and up. It has a nice floor plan and is well-equipped. There is also a beach wagon that is kept in the outdoor shower, which is convenient. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We loved the home. It's perfect for 2 couples and kids. The 3rd story bunk room is cool, but stairs are a little treacherous to maneuver. Our 5 & 7 YO's handled them just fine. Location is central and booking service was very efficient. Would highly recommend.

We loved our two-week stay in this beautiful home. 2 large master bedrooms and bathrooms make it perfect for families. Nice patio and outdoor spaces, location convenient to town and the beach. The third floor bunks are fine for smaller children, but beds were too small for our pre-teens and stairs to the third floor are steep. For the size of the house, the living room layout could be improved with more lounging space and sofas/chairs. Overall, we would recommend this house for families with younger children.

Check out Idyll hounds brewery, very close to house and hurricane oysters, 9 miles from house. House porches are amazing, little back patio is great to hangout on while your little ones run around very safely... also with a gas grill at your quick disposal. Everything in house is top notch from the custom stairs, to the toto commodes, this house spared no expense. Like others have commented, the top room with bunk beds is very nice for your noisy kids, and the stairs themselves are gorgeous, but understand that they can be difficult for too young or elderly to climb. Make sure that whoever is staying up stairs in the bunk area are very capable to make it up. We looked at many houses down in rosemary and this has been the nicest so far. Dont miss your chance to rent this home, it will surpass all of your expectations.

This house was absolutely stunning! My family of 5 loved staying here. Our kids enjoyed the bunk beds and fun stairs leading up to them, while we enjoyed all the space the house provided. We would come back and stay here in a heartbeat!

Our family of six plus one grandmom loved staying at this house. It is located very close to the town square and the sky pool. Also right next to one of the boardwalk bike paths. It has a huge open living room/dining room/kitchen area. Both master bedrooms on the second floor had huge wrap around porches. The third floor was great for all four kids. I also enjoyed all the sitting room outside, nice grill, and outdoor shower. The owner was great to deal with. A+. Thanks for helping make our annual Rosemary vacation so relaxing and enjoyable.

This home is in a great location- very close to the town center, and very close to the beach for a home north of 30A, particularly by Walkover F. The outdoor patio is beautiful - it has a superb grill and beautiful lighted water fountain. The two master bedrooms are very nice, and the children's bunk area on the third floor is charming.
The cottage leasing agency that manages this property is also exceptional.

We have been coming to RB for 15+ years and have stayed in many different houses. This house was outstanding and is at or near the top of the list of our favorite places we've stayed at Rosemary.

"Beautiful home, great location"

This home was perfect for my family of 6. The outdoor patio is beautiful and the water feature makes it very quiet, and the grill is superb. The outdoor refrigerator was fantastic too. The front porch is shaded so a nice break from the sun and I could watch my kids ride their bikes around the block. The house is beautifully decorated and well-equipped with everything you need - much more than you normally get from a rental house. There is a sense in the house that you are staying in someone's "home," rather than some rental house. It seems like the homeowners love their home and want you to love it too so they stock it with some extras that you don't normally get in a rental. The rental agency was terrific - you really get a personal touch here and have access to someone if you have questions. They truly went out of their way for me. I personally loved the big laundry room. Coming into that from the outdoor shower keeps the sand outside the house and it is a great spot to leave your gear. The stairs to the 3rd floor are tricky, but doable. This home is very close to the park-side town center - a minute or two walking - and on very close to a boardwalk to the beach. It is a 3 minute bike to the beach. The only downside to me is that the window coverings are light and do not block out much of the sun so my kids woke up pretty early. Not a big deal at all though.

Great, comfortable home. Fully equipped. The outside patio is wonderful, we pretty much lived out there, relaxing, reading, eating. The pictures of this home do not do it justice!

"Lovely home in Rosemary Beach"

We loved our stay at this beautiful home in Rosemary Beach, which was exactly as pictured. We came as a family of four with a toddler and preschooler, but we could have brought another entire family with us and would have still had plenty of space to spare. We brought a pack n play and baby gate with us, making the house a perfect fit! The third floor had 4 bunk beds plus another twin with trundle, and my daughter immediately chose a bunk bed. And despite the tricky set of stairs (which she thought were the coolest) it worked great. The outdoor shower was fun and extra functional after a trip to the beach, and the patio with fountain made for another beautiful gathering space. We are already planning our next trip back to Rosemary Beach!

"fabulous, convenient, private & spacious!"

My family of 4 recently stayed at this beautiful home in Rosemary. The house is located on the north side of 30A, and is a very short walk to shops, tennis, swimming pool and the beach. The wooden boardwalk that leads directly to the Walkway F beach access is right around the corner. The bedrooms were all tastefully appointed - clean, fresh bedding with big bathrooms and walk-in closets. Each of the master bedrooms has a big wrap-around porch with very comfortable seating! The house is also great for entertaining - we had 2 families to dinner a few nights in a row and used the grill and enclosed patio area. Jeanine, who manages the property, was very responsive when we needed her and pleasant to deal with. We would definitely rent this house again.

"This place is AMAZING!"

We stayed with another couple and rode our bikes just about everywhere. The two master suites on the second floor were perfect for two couples with each having our own private bath and balconies on opposite sides of the house. And if you have children there is also a third floor and private bath that we never even used. LOVE the many upscale renovations that were just made by the new owners of the property made all the difference. It is a must stay and we will definitely choose this place first before checking out others to rent. It is in the perfect location (within walking distance of everything but also secluded to where you feel tucked away).

"Fantastic !!!"

Our week went by way too fast! The house was so relaxing and comfortable, yet so modern and upscale. Our favorite spot for adults and kids was the back patio with the grill and fountain. The relaxing noise of the fountain drained out any noise from neighbors as well as noise from the kids! It was the perfect location. Right next to a boardwalk to watch others enjoy their walks and just around the corner from the busy activities of the Square. Even while being so close to everything, it was so quite and calm! We loved it and cannot wait yo plan our trip their again next summer. Thanks for all your help Cheryl !!!

"Absolutely Perfect!"

I can't believe I have taken so long to write this review! Cheryl (the homeowner) was absolutely wonderful to work with and extremely flexible. I cannot thank her enough. The pictures of this home simply do not do it Justice. It is truly an amazing home with extremely high-end finishouts that were an unexpected but wonderful surprise. The courtyard with the fountain and grill was such a wonderful place to relax. The beds were extremely comfortable, and I can't think of enough wonderful things to say about this home. It is worth every penny and then some.

"Beach Vacation"

We had a wonderful time-great weather and such wonderful accommodations. Our favorite part of the house were the porches. The front porch with its adirondack rocker was excellent for reading and sipping coffee and a morning chat with passer-bys. The back patio with its water feature was very nice in late afternoon/ evening for relaxing with a glass of wine. The kids (teenagers/young adults) enjoyed the balconies to play cards and read. House was well laid out for privacy as well as togetherness and location in Rosemary was perfect! Loved it and gotta go back! Thanks to the owners for sharing.

"Vacation Spot"

This is a beautiful cottage in a beautiful town. The people were so welcoming in the town making us feel at home! I love Rosemary and we definitely reccomend this for others!

"Spring Break 2012"

We just returned home from our fantastic stay at Blue's Cottage. The house was perfect for our family of 4, but we could had had more. The home has plenty of entertainment space and the bedrooms are large. My wife and I had the run of 2 master suites while our boys enjoyed the loft. The recently remodeled back patio was fantastic for hanging out and grilling. We would definitely stay here again.
