All of the king size beds was a HUGE draw for this house!! The bunk bed room was a good size room with normal size single beds. We have stayed in other houses where the "bunk bed room" was basically a closet with no air vents- NOT IN THIS HOUSE. Great house! Great location! Great layout! We loved our stay!

The best vacation we have ever had!!! Our week spent in Rosemary Beach at this house was absolutely incredible. The house is stunningly beautiful. The porch swings are amazing. We sat for hours on these and enjoyed a cup of coffee or glass of wine. We had 4 adults and 5 kids and were incredibly comfortable. The location is PERFECTION. A 5 minute walk or so to the shops and restaurants of Rosemary and a 10 minute walk to the beach. There are 4 bikes at the house that we enjoyed the entire time we were there. We rented additional for the kids in the town. The property manager was a doll! She was very quick to respond to a few things that came up. My only feedback is that basics like paper towels and trash bags are scarce. They do start you with a few rolls of paper towels and trash bags but with 9 people you go through them quickly. The kitchen is also not stocked with basics like we have had at other VRBOs. I asked the property manager when we were checking out if I should leave all the condiments we bought for the next family and she asked us to toss. This very well could be because of the pandemic, which makes sense. We are already looking forward to our trip next summer and cannot wait to stay at this beautiful property again!!!

This house was just adorable. I stayed here with 2 sisters for a get-a-way trip. House was spacious, very clean, and beautiful! The only reason I'm not giving it a full 5-stars is that the TV downstairs was broken or wired incorrectly, so we were not able to use it. A little disappointing, but we were able to use the TV area upstairs to watch movies at night together.

The house is gorgeous. Perfect layout with a master down and 2 additional King bedrooms upstairs. The bunk was used for a "work space" for our adult children. The property manager was wonderful to work with. We really enjoyed it and will be back next year!

Great property! House was in a quiet location. Great set up for families with a master down and other bedrooms upstairs with separate seating with TV upstairs for the kids. Great front porch or back patio seating and TWO car garage. We have stayed in a lot of houses on 30a, but we will return to this one. One of our favorites!

This house was the best! Have stayed at Rosemary with family a couple of times before and loved it, however this house accommodated us so well. Loved large kitchen, dining, living area, spacious bedrooms. I also loved having private dining space outside which is where we ate meals! nice bike ride to beach! Top drawer in every way!!

My family absolutely loved our time at 18 Scout Lane. This home was one of the nicest ones we’ve ever booked in Rosemary Beach. We loved the proximity to the back green and it was a quick bike ride to the main town and beach. The wooden gate doors offered privacy and protection for beach toys and bikes. The garage with garage doors was perfect for 2 cars plus other beach gear. The porches and seating invited guests to relax and enjoy great conversations, coffee, and quiet reading time. The beds were comfortable and all bathrooms were very spacious and updated. We highly recommend this property and can’t wait to stay there again sometime very soon!

We loved staying at this property for spring break. We visit Rosemary every year and rent a home. This house was by far the nicest house we have stayed at. The house is beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was clean and fresh. The laundry amenities made the stay easier with busy kids. The 4 bikes ride like new. There is a two-car garage that has 2 adult chairs, 2 kids' chairs, an umbrella, cooler, and a sand wagon to bring to the beach. Highly recommend!

It was an amazing house fir weeding week for our 27 year old daughter. From the swing to the open concept to the separate wing die my son and his wife and two young teenagers. It was beautiful and warm and welcoming and so beautiful for wedding day pictures inside and outside the house! My husband and son want to build this exact house ❤️❤️❤️ I would so rent it again and again. And Cheryl was so helpful and kind. And quick to respond. Thank you so much!

Great house - newly renovated and decorated. Extremely clean and comfortable. Open dining, kitchen and living space to facilitate family time, and several chill outside sitting areas to get away from the family when needed. Nice location in Rosemary Beach - far enough back to be quiet, but not all the way to the relatively noisy back row along Route 98. You can walk everywhere in Rosemary Beach, but owner-supplied bicycles (and other beach gear) was helpful. Great communication by owner/operator. Biggest disappointment was not being able to stay long enough to fully enjoy everything the house and Rosemary Beach have to offer. Would definitely rent again.

Absolutely the best home we have stayed in since coming to rosemary beach every year since 1995. The kitchen is wonderful and the beds are super comfortable. Very cool decor. Bathrooms are very nice and spacious. Loved everything about it. We’ll definitely be back!

Lovely home
Our family loved everything about this home. It is beautifully decorated and has a wonderful floor pan. The house is very well stocked with everything you need including beach towels. The outdoor sitting area with the fountains was our favorite spot. We liked the location because it is quiet yet convenient to the shops and restaurants. I hope to stay here again soon!
