"Awesome house"

This house was perfect for two couples! Each bedroom had an en-suite bathroom and very comfortable beds. Loved the decor and the furniture was all comfortable. We would definitely stay at this home again!

Everything from the original booking, communication after booking and the stay itself was great. We truly enjoyed having plenty of space for family time and then walking to the beach. The house was well equipped and perfect for our family. Thanks Cheryl for a wonderful stay.

"Favorite Park Side Location"

Great location, property manager was extremely easy to communicate with and quickly responded to any questions or needs. Please note this is a 2 bedroom house - not 3 bedroom. When you look closely at description, it calls the wide open landing upstairs a bedroom. Even though the house and communication was great, it did not meet the needs of our group. If you are looking for a two bedroom house, then this would be perfect.

"Fantastic property in Rosemary Beach"

We just returned from our fifth trip to Rosemary Beach in as many years. We stayed at a different property each year and this property was just spectacular. The space in the house was extremely generous and fit our family of five just right. Our two girls shared the queen sized bed, our son slept on the day bed, and the parents had the king bed. Each room had plenty of space and incredible built in storage, which made keeping things organized during the vacation very easy. There was plenty of room to move around with multiple people in a room and second floor patio access from each sleeping location. This was great if you wanted to steal a few minutes away from the chaos to read a book or make a phone call. The beds were extremely comfortable and we consider ourselves pretty tough graders since we are in love with our Purple mattress at home. A+ here for sure. The bathrooms were clean and outfitted perfectly and again with great storage to put all of your stuff for easy access, but keep it clean and organized. The first floor living space was very generous and laid out really well. We enjoyed the screened in porch for reading, family games, and evening wine. We were able to relax on the couches for a few family movies after a long day at the beach. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed to cook (and entertain). It by far and away had the most accessories (e.g. a juicer for limes on margarita night) and big bowls for chips, etc. There were also nice tools to use on the grill outside too. The only downside was that the dryer was not very effective and it took multiple tries to dry towels. This is something that will get fixed up quickly, I'm sure, so it wouldn't deter us from returning. One other consideration is that the route to the beach access is not far per se, but is a bit of a tricky route with kiddos. Our little crew can all ride bikes pretty well, but if you have younger kids you might want to walk your route ahead of time so you make sure you know how to navigate. It made for a few riding adventures when we got lost. 🙂 This was a great house with everything one might need to make it a fantastic Rosemary trip. Great find!!

"BEST rental experience in Rosemary!"

We have been visiting Rosemary Beach since 2012 and this has been our favorite rental! We were drawn to the house because of its location on a quiet street and the decor. The house looked exactly like the pictures, and Cheryl was so easy to communicate with. Will definitely be booking this property again!

"Excellent Place"

My family and I really enjoyed this place. It was very accommodating for our family of four. It was an easy and fun bike ride or walk to everything - beach, pool, shops, restaurants, etc. We would absolutely stay here again (and my wife is very picky on places)!

Rosemary Beach is lovely and this rental was great. The house is close to town and an easy walk to the beach. It was very clean upon arrival and Cheryl was very responsive to our questions. We enjoyed our stay!

House was great for our stay! Loved the location in rosemary- super convenient and also quiet area- bikes were great and beds were comfy- only thing we didn’t find we needed was a bottle opener- and maybe we just couldn’t find it! Would definitely stay there again!

Despite the arrival of Hurricane Sally, we managed to enjoy a week in Rosemary Beach and stay Ing indoors for was a must. The home is perfect including a comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen and decorated beautifully. We’ll be back for sure.

"College Reunion Trip"

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very accessible to both the town and the beach and was the perfect place to spend our college reunion girls trip. Cheryl was very accommodating and communication was always quick and easy.

"Beautiful house, great location"

The house is beautifully decorated. Kitchen is very well equipped with a super range oven and big fridge, which was great as we cooked a lot because of covid restrictions. Beds and bedding were comfortable. Bathrooms very nice with plenty of towels. Great locations for pools, beach and restaurants. All 5 minutes walk away. Loved the fact that the house came with 4 bikes. All great condition. Brenda from the management company is great and responds to any issues quickly. Be aware there are only 2 bedrooms not three. In the details it says two bedrooms with a trundle bed in the upstairs hallway. But I didn't pay much attention and read 3 Beds at the top of the description therefore expected 3 bedrooms. Would stay here again.
