If you are searching for a comfortable oasis with the sophistication and charm of a luxury hotel, this is the place to spend your Rosemary Beach getaway. This newly refurbished Pied-a-Terre is perfect for couples wanting to spend quality time together.
Upon arrival, you can enjoy a complimentary split of champagne poured into Shott Zwiesel champagne flutes. Additionally, two designer-style Peacock Alley Robes are provided for your comfort, as well as numerous other amenities such as shampoo and conditioner from our local Apothecary, Pish Posh Patchouli's and Amavida, our local organic and fair trade coffee roaster.
There is plenty of room to relax in the spacious light and airy living area, featuring clean line furnishings and comfortable seating, 50" flat screen TV. Take some relaxing time to read that favorite novel you have been saving for your trip or simply catching up on the day's activities. Secured WiFi is available throughout.
The modern and well-equipped kitchen and upgraded stainless appliances with Greystone quartz countertops, dishwasher, and washer/dryer are some of the many features. Adjoining the kitchen is a cozy dining area to relax and enjoy your favorite meal. Also, on the first floor is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The spacious queen-bedded loft-style sleeping area located on the second level duplicates the open, airy concept of the main floor.
Whether you begin your day enjoying your first cup of coffee on the outside veranda or decide to relax with your favorite beverage at day's end, enjoying your ocean view, this spectacular cottage is the perfect choice. To further enhance your privacy, the entrance is separate from the main house, allowing direct access throughout your visit.
When heading to the beach, you will notice that beach towels have been provided, and your two complimentary bikes will also be waiting.
Should you be planning an extended visit or an impromptu getaway, this cottage will not disappoint. Please be advised that we only allow a maximum of two adult guests. Convenient Parking is available on Rosemary Avenue adjacent to South Cartagena. As it is a short walk to the center of town with many dining choices, driving will not be necessary during your visit.

Cancellation Policy
In the event the GUEST cancels prior to 60 days of the start of the rental date, all fees will be refunded. If guest cancels after 60 days of the start date of the rental date all fees shall be forfeited by GUEST unless the Property can be re-rented for the same time period and at the same rate. If MANAGER is able to re-rent the Property for the same time period and at the same rate, then the rent shall be returned to GUEST less a 5% cancellation fee. There are no refunds for late arrivals, early departures and inclement weather conditions. In the event of a mandatory evacuation a prorated refund will be given from the day of the mandatory evacuation.

"Loved this property"
This was the perfect spot for the two of us! We were close to the beach (Walkway C) and walking distance to shops and restaurants in Rosemary Beach. Bikes were available and would be great for biking to Alys Beach area shops and restaurants. Definitely would stay here again!

My husband and I enjoyed this VRBO for the cleanliness, location, and wonderful hospitality. I loved the welcome champagne and the place was wonderfully decorated. It was walking distance from everything and very close to the beach at a great entrance. Close to a great pool too. We would book this place again.

The place was amazing. Perfect for just the 2 of us. Everything was within walking distance or bike distance. The beach was about 30 steps away. The only negative that i would say would be one of the bike handles kept getting lose and falling down and that was communicated with Cheryl. They said it was going to get fixed that next day but never did. I can live with a handle bar. Would definitely be back!

"Cozy with great location"
My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. It’s in a great location, mins from the beach, the Eastern Green, and town. Beautifully decorated and aptly furnished. There were only 2 things we would recommend. There needs to be a shade on the window in the stairwell. Early sunrises makes it impossible to sleep in. The second is the lack of a bathroom in the loft. I understand it’s a small area, but it’s a tad of an inconvenience. Other than that, it was a great stay❤️

The condo was perfect, beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable bed and furniture, and well-equipped with everything you need. Even has a beach cooler + bag, 2 beach chairs and an umbrella, although we rented from the recommended vendor which was so easy and nice to have the beach set up each day. The condo is less than 200 steps from the beautiful white sandy beach, and 2 blocks from town. Having the bikes was a nice amenity for riding around town and exploring. Thanks for the stay, it was relaxing.

We had a mother/daughter long weekend and it was perfect! They had everything we needed at the condo. It was a close and easy walk to get to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed everything! Would definitely rent again.

We just completed our stay at this cottage and I can’t say enough about it. From the moment we arrived everything was perfect. Brenda, the property manager, solved our problem when we were unable to figure out how to operate the stovetop. We called Brenda and within the hour she arrived and solved our problem. That kind of response was unexpected. Thank you Brenda. I would recommend this unit to anyone. We liked it so much we plan on returning next year.

Lovely unit in a great location! Clean, had everything we needed. Only downside is wifi did not work for the better part of a day, but the agency was on it, and the steps outside could be better lit at night.

This carriage house is now one of my favorite rentals. We have rented many properties in this area over the last 25 years -every size house/cottage. This carriage house was in a great location and had everything you could need. It was perfectly laid out with very effective attention to details. Very comfortable and VERY clean!

We came to Rosemary Beach for our honeymoon! This carriage house was perfect for our week here - loved being close to the restaurants/shops but also the beach and having the bikes provided was a plus for when we wanted to go further but didn't want to drive. Property was very clean and just like the photos. Enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at the Rosemary Beach Carriage House . The view off the balcony was great and the short walk to the beach was fantastic. We took full advantage of the bicycles and daily walks on the beach. We appreciated the book of restaurant suggestions and never had a disappointing meal. Our favorite by far was Fish Out Of Water in Watercolor. We plan on visiting again. Owner was great! Thanks so much.

Planned this trip as a surprise for my wife's birthday. Communication with Cheryl was immediate and informative. Preparation and check-in information was timely very helpful. The apartment was immaculate and the furnishings top notch. The location was perfect ... steps from the beach and an easy walk to the square. We began each day with a bike ride; spent afternoons on the beach; and walked to dinner each evening. Drinks on the balcony to end the day. Loved every minute.

We had such an amazing stay in Rosemary. This house was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We loved how close it was to the beach! It was so nice to have the bikes and we enjoyed access to the heated pools too. It's in such a great location--we walked to lunch and dinner everyday. We hope to come back one day!

We love Rosemary and everything that comes with it. This property met the mark in style and location, and was perfectly equipped. Beautiful design and everything in it was nice quality. Plenty of room for 2 people. I can’t wait To go back. Next time I’ll bring some extra pillows for the bed (there were only 2 firm pillows), but that’s my own personal preference.

We can not express how much we loved this home! The home was spotless and so comfortable. We loved how close it was to everything! Steps away from the shops and restaurants and even the Sunday farmers market was right outside our door. We had privacy with the gated outdoor dining as well. Cheryl was so responsive that I have booked a second home with her already! We love Cheryl!

This little carriage house was perfect for our honeymoon. The decorations are gorgeous and it is obvious time and effort have been put into creating such a pretty yet functional space. The location is perfect and you can walk anywhere in Rosemary and beyond. Cheryl was easy to get ahold of and helpful for our whole trip. We would recommend this space to any couple wanting to get away and relax 🙂

The cottage was quaint and well appointed. The property owner was phenomenal to answer questions before, during and after our stay in her awesome home. We appreciated the arrival champagne, beach towels and items we didn't have to worry about bringing. The location is easy beach access and a 2 minute walk to the Rosemary Square. We will be staying here again in the future.

This property was absolutely perfect for my wife and I. The space is beautiful with a view of the water from the porch. The way they have decorated the unit makes it feel spacious and the perfect size for two. The proximity to the beach and shops with use of the bikes made it feel like we were no more than 5 minutes from everything we wanted to do. We loved our stay and would highly recommend!

Beautiful, cozy, very well maintained. Has everything you need for a little getaway. I would suggest couple extra pillows and a light weight blanket. Other than that the place is equipped with quality products to include a full size hair dryer. Your step from the beach, a shirt walk or bike ride to restaurants and shops . The proximity to the beach was INCREDIBLE! We will definitely be staying again. The property had everything you could need and more. The robes were very cozy and appreciated. The information book was also very helpful. Truly felt like we were staying in a hotel while having the space and privacy of a carriage house. Could not say enough positive things about this stay!

With the place so close to the water it made it very convenient. The places does have a washer and dryer which we were pleasantly surprised to find. Parking was easy. The bathroom was great. The kitchen is a bit small but has everything you need to make meals. The HVAC works well and was very nice to cool down in after a hot muggy Florida day. We would stay here again, no question!

We absolutely loved staying here! It was perfect for two people. Amazing location - just steps from the beach and just a couple blocks from downtown Rosemary Beach restaurants and shops. The coach house is clean, newly updated, and full of all the amenities you might need. Cheryl was very quick at responding and accommodating any of our needs. We will definitely be back and look forward to staying here once again!
