The "Always Collection" is pleased to include this one of a kind "Cozy Creole Pied-a-Terre" getaway retreat with beautiful Gulf of Mexico into our portfolio of adult only cottages all located in the town of Rosemary Beach. If you are searching for a comfortable oasis with the sophistication and charm of a luxury hotel this is the place to spend your Rosemary Beach getaway. This newly refurbished Pied-a-Terre is perfect for couples wanting to spend quality time together.
Upon arrival you can enjoy a complimentary split of chilled Le Grand Courtage brut champagne . Additionally two spa style robes for your comfort, as well as numerous other amenities such as shampoo and conditioner from our local Apothecary Pish Posh Patchouli's, specialty Bondi Breeze fragrance soaps and Coffee from Amavida, our local organic and fair trade coffee roaster are provided.
There is plenty of room to relax in this completely refurbished creole style cottage that offers spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. The living area includes a comfortable plush full size couch, and additional seating as well as an office area to include full size desk and chair. There is a fully equipped kitchen to include W/D, gas stove top, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator, The bathroom also new, features larger walk in shower with counter/storage space.
The sleeping loft includes a king bed, with duvet comforter, quality linens and extensive drawer and hanging space.
Whether you begin your day enjoying your first cup of coffee on the outside veranda or decide to relax with your favorite beverage at days end enjoying your ocean view, this unique one of a kind cottage is the perfect choice. To further enhance your privacy the entrance is separate from the main house allowing direct access throughout your visit.
When heading to the beach you will notice that beach towels, carry beach chairs, cooler have been provided, and your two complimentary bikes will be waiting.
Should you be planning an extended visit or an impromptu getaway this cottage will not disappoint Please be advised that we only allow a maximum of two adult guests. Garage parking is available. As it is a short walk to the center of town with an abundance of dining/shopping choices, driving will not be necessary during your visit.

Cancellation Policy
In the event the GUEST cancels prior to 60 days of the start of the rental date, all fees will be refunded. If guest cancels after 60 days of the start date of the rental date all fees shall be forfeited by GUEST unless the Property can be re-rented for the same time period and at the same rate. If MANAGER is able to re-rent the Property for the same time period and at the same rate, then the rent shall be returned to GUEST less a 5% cancellation fee. There are no refunds for late arrivals, early departures and inclement weather conditions. In the event of a mandatory evacuation a prorated refund will be given from the day of the mandatory evacuation.

"Perfect Getaway"
Perfect location for Rosemary. The carriage house has a great view of the ocean and has direct access to beach walkover D. It’s only a couple of blocks from the main town square so it’s close but still secluded. Absolute great time and we were very glad we booked this house for our anniversary trip. Hope to make another visit in the future.

This property is truly heaven on earth! My husband and I had the most amazing time staying here for a week. Best location in Rosemary and very private. The property was very clean and the bead was extremely comfortable. We will definitely be booking another visit here soon!
"Five Star Cottage"
My sister and I visited Rosemary Beach for her 60th birthday. Rosemary is a quaint little community tucked away on 30A. When we arrived at the cottage, it was exactly as described. It was absolutely adorable in every way. The location was spot on, and the cottage had everything we needed. The bikes were hit. We biked or walked everywhere. It was perfect. Cheryl was on point with communication, and the check-in process was a breeze. I will most definitely be back. Five stars, hands down!!!!

The unit is on the beach side of Rosemary Beach. You can walk or ride bikes everywhere. Very nice and comfortable. Nice view of the Gulf from balcony.

I came on a solo trip for a couple of days to this cottage. I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness and upkeep. I wanted something that felt like a nice hotel but with my own entrance and kitchen area. I can’t put into words how nice everything was upon arrival. The bed was like a five star hotel bed with extremely clean linens. The bathroom was sparkling clean. No dust anywhere. The smell was fresh and not like some older beach properties you run into sometimes. The owner was so accommodating and friendly. I had a wonderful weekend to myself relaxing. I can’t wait to come back and I hope it’s kept as nice as it was when I stayed. A hidden gem at the beach!

We had an excellent time during our stay. The check in process was great. Communication with the owner Cheryl was easy and she answered all of our questions very quickly. We were able to check into house earlier than expected and the manager gave us directions to go to place to eat while the place was getting cleaned. Very clean, everything a couple needed, and right off the beach with ocean view. We cannot wait to return to Rosemary beach and definitely would stay here again!

The apartment is in an incredible location: immediately off the beach and just a few minute walk to restaurants and shopping. The place was clean and extremely comfortable with every amenity we could have asked for. We would definitely come back!

"Fantastic carriage home"
Just an absolute beautiful place. Loved having a garage to utilize and the home was the perfect size for 2 people. Very clean and everything we needed was available and accessible. Great bathroom and shower. Bed was comfy, soft and good sheets/linens. View to the water was better than expected and it was beautiful to just look out and see the ocean. Great restaurants within walking distance, and really close entrance to beach. We opted to buy chair service and so glad we did — comfortable and easy. The only small tiny advice I’d give is to bring a couple large garbage bags (if you’re planning to stay more than a couple of days and grocery shop/use the kitchen). The trash cans inside are small and there were no extra bags. Overall we would stay again here in a minute and were sad to leave!!

Just steps from the beach, this carriage house adjoins a house directly on the beach. It’s also very close to the town center. It has everything you might need, and everything is top notch! Decor is lovely, and not an inch of this space is wasted. It was spotlessly clean, and the host has thought of everything. We had such a nice visit, absolutely will be back! Note: lots of steps, not a problem for us at all, though!
