This spacious 2225 sq. ft. interior space and 372 balcony area residence provides a comfortable yet stylish atmosphere, with an open and expansive floor plan. The living, dining and kitchen is perfect to relax and enjoy spending time with family and friends. The floor to ceiling windows and outdoor Balconies compliment the open and airy ambience.
The chef style kitchen featuring WOLF 36" dual fuel range w/infrared griddle, SUB-ZERO 36" built-in refrigerator and SUB-ZERO 36 bottle wine cooler are just a few of the many features of this fully equipped kitchen.
The king bedded master w/ensuite, private balcony, expansive walk-in shower, freestanding vintage style tub and double sinks is comparable to a luxury 5 star hotel. There are two additional king bedrooms, one with ensuite and the other sharing with the bunk bedroom, are all stylishly decorated. All bedrooms excluding the bunk bedroom have TV's.
A designated private parking space and additional parking permits are available that allow for parking in designated spaces in the town of Rosemary. Four complimentary bikes are included, along with beach towels and beach cart.

Cancellation Policy
In the event the GUEST cancels prior to 60 days of the start of the rental date, all fees will be refunded. If guest cancels after 60 days of the start date of the rental date all fees shall be forfeited by GUEST unless the Property can be re-rented for the same time period and at the same rate. If MANAGER is able to re-rent the Property for the same time period and at the same rate, then the rent shall be returned to GUEST less a 5% cancellation fee. There are no refunds for late arrivals, early departures and inclement weather conditions. In the event of a mandatory evacuation a prorated refund will be given from the day of the mandatory evacuation.

"Rosemary Beach Girls Trip"
Beautiful Condo in the Square at Rosemary Beach!! Loved this 3 K bdrm plus 1 bunk room condo in case little ones with you!!! Ours was a Girls Trip and will come back with Couples!!! Perfect location in Georgetown Bldg which is right above a very cute coffee cafe and boutiques!!! Resturants all right next to you!!! So if by chance it’s raining or you just need a break from lounging on the beach, you can shop, shop, shop, eat, eat, eat, and put ur packages away and head back to the beach!!! Speaking of the beach, you can walk just a few mins or ride the appointed bikes to the gate and just a few steps away from the gate you hv ur chairs set up!!! Can’t wait to go back!!! Cheryl and Brenda were there for any questions we had, and resolved our only tiny tiny question of speaker!!! Haha!!! Best appointed, stocked, lovely condo I’ve stayed in along 30A!!!

This is a beautiful condo in the perfect location! We came here with our teenage daughter and a friend. It was great because they could easily meet up with friends since we were right in Barrett Square. Thankfully, the unit is on the back side, so it was still very quiet and peaceful. Can’t say enough wonderful things about this property!

We were really impressed with this condo! It’s location and size were perfect. It’s well appointed and when we had a problem with the dishwasher (just a faulty circuit) the response was immediate and the problem was fixed! It was comfortable and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again!

The unit had a great floor plan for our family of 6 with an amazing kitchen that flowed right into the living space. Great communication with the property manager as well. We had a wonderful stay in this gorgeous condo in the heart of Rosemary Beach! The location is a very short walk to everything...including the beach! The condo is beautifully decorated and is very quiet even though it is the center of Rosemary. The kitchen has everything you need! We loved it and would definitely rent again!
