We had everything we needed! That was comfortable and the facilities were clean and modern.

From start to finish the experience was good. Easy to find, clean and quiet. Short walk to beach. Due to the stairs being steep I don’t recommend this place for older people. Otherwise nice place.

We knew we had booked the right place as soon as we walked in the door. Felt like a model home. Everything we needed was there- bikes, beach wagon with chairs and umbrella (saved us quite a bit of money!). The carriage house is on a quiet street, a very short walk down the street to the beach access. Updated finishes throughout, and a bed that slept great. The only complaint we had (which is not really a complaint) is that hooks for the robes and towels would have come in handy. I feel bad even writing anything negative, as our stay was outstanding. A short walk to shops and great restaurants too. Highly recommend this property!

Love the location so close to everything! Perfect size for me and my husband. Had issues with the beach access gate not working, Cheryl could not have been more helpful! The stairs are different so may not work for older people or people with health issues as the bathroom is downstairs. We will definitely be back !!

Really enjoyed our stay and this great carriage house! No question we will be back to Rosemary and will look for this unit again! Everything you need for a relaxing beach trip

The location and carriage house exceeded our expectations. It is beautifully decorated and the bed and bedding is so comfortable. The staircase is a little tricky and takes some getting used to. The short walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping is amazing. We didn’t want to leave. Cheryl was very responsive and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

This adorable carriage house was perfect and exceeded my expectations! The location is private and secure but also about 60 seconds away from the beach and about a two-minute walk to restaurants and shops. I loved not having to drive anywhere the entire stay. We also walked to the pools. Everything was clean and beautiful! It is the PERFECT spot for a couples’ getaway.

We had the most amazing time staying in the carriage house and exploring Rosemary Beach. It felt Iike we were in a village that was quiet, welcoming, and with amazing architecture. Cannot say enough good things, we will most definitely be back here. The locals that we were fortunate to engage with were all truly welcoming and made us feel at home.

We had a fantastic stay in Rosemary Beach. The carriage house was the BEST location! Directly on the little path/boardwalk to the "E" walkover to the beach (about a one minute walk to beach) and just a few quick blocks to the adorable downtown area with tons of great restaurants/shopping/etc. Parking on street but we never had an issue getting a spot directly in front. There was also a gorgeous pool a few blocks away. Loved having bikes available and we used them a lot! Unit was beautifully renovated/decorated ...everything looked brand new and was extremely tastefully done. Kitchen was well equipped if you wanted to make meals. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the towels were very nice quality. Steep stairs up to loft/bed could be tricky if you aren't agile. It was great having laundry, beach chairs, and a little rolling beach cooler too. We purchased a beach umbrella because there wasn't one there, but we left it behind for others. Comes with 'amenity pass' which is required for entry to beach/pools. You only get this if you are staying WITHIN Rosemary-- so be sure you ask about this if you're considering other properties. This was listed as "adult only" but I think it's just this unit--there were definitely kids in the surrounding homes. Didn't bother us! Owners were next door and very nice and helpful! Communication with Cheryl was easy and fast! 10/10 stay--for sure!

This carriage house was lovely! Nice amenities, they thought of every detail. Amazing location just steps from the beach or into town.

Perfect for a couple. 2 min walk to the beach and in a great neighbourhood. Walking distance to all restaurants and shops. Me and my wife had a great stay here.

We had a great extended weekend here. The house is close to the beach, and all the shops/restaurants. It’s a very quiet community. We had no issue with finding street parking. The stairs are tricky in the house as others mentioned but doable. The house was very clean, we loved the location.

Great location! Enjoyed bikes and loved access to washer and dryer. Stairs may be a bit tricky for older couple, however all in all we definitely enjoy all the amenities. It was a very relaxing stay!

The property was perfect for us. There was plenty of space and we enjoyed having the bikes, beach chairs, wagon, and washer/dryer provided. The beach was so close to the carriage house and Main Street. So it was the perfect walk or bike ride. Our only suggestion would be allowing to have the carriage house guest have a reserved parking spot. The main house guest took parking in driveway and front of the home. Besides that it was perfect and the most relaxing vacation we have had. 5/5

The property was more than advertised. Stocked with all the necessities that you would need! Bed & bedding were like a 5 star hotel. Location to the beach was fantastic! You could run up when needed and get back to the beach very quickly. Restaurants and shopping were within a few blocks. Didn’t even rent a car and never needed an Uber! Will definitely stay here again and recommend to friends!!

The place was very nice and close to the beach. But the bedroom was upstairs and the steps were very steep with an unusual layout. There was no bathroom upstairs. Being in my 70's, I decided to sleep on the couch rather than take a chance coming down the stairs at night.

Everything about this quaint little carriage house was perfect for our stay. The location is ideal. Nothing beats walking barefoot to the beach for the sunrise or sunset. We love to bring our own food to cook- the kitchen is perfectly equipped. We slept so hard all 3 nights which is unusual for us while traveling. Super cozy mattress. Beautiful furnishings. Perfection all the way around.

Well furnished, clean property with everything a couple needs for a getaway. Stairs to bedroom nook are very steep so not a good idea for those with trouble climbing stairways.

One of the most interesting places we've ever stayed. We kept finding new things to look at. Also very light and everything was supplied. Stairs might not be suitable for old people. Housekeeping keeps the house immaculate!

Great location! A quick walk or bike ride to all Rosemary restaurants/shops and the beach. Easy check-in/check-out, enjoyed bikes and access to washer/dryer. Home was well-maintained/clean and appreciated use of beach chairs/cooler for beach day.

This property delivers on everything...and more. Beautifully appointed (the decor is super cute and on trend), fantastic location close to the beach, fully loaded with everything you could possibly need; extra touches like Prosecco on your arrival, use of bikes, use of beach chairs, a wonderfully appointed kitchen (even the knives were sharp!). We wanted for nothing. The only small watch-out is the staircase - it is very steep (more like a ladder than stairs), and with no bathroom in the loft, you need to use the stairs in the night, which means you need to be 100% able-bodied. The property manager was fantastic and always available, and the owners happened to be there when we were visiting, and they were super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place.

Location, space and responsive caretaker make this a must for a young couple. The space saving stairs to the bedroom loft could make this tricky for some. We navigated just fine and enjoyed the stay.

Close to town, right off Boardwalk E, there is really nothing more you can ask from this property! Everything was clean upon arrival and our stay was very comfortable. Note that the getting to the bed requires climbing some steeper stairs!

Beautiful appeal, nicely put together design, nice little touches like beach cooler to use, two flutes and a tiny cute bottle of sparkling wine in the spotless fridge, two robes in the bathroom.... all created a welcoming mood. And a two-minute walk to the beach! Will recommend 100% and will return 100% again! Thank you!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this cozy retreat!! Cheryl is an excellent host. I am very thankful for those involved in cleaning and upkeep of this carriage house. This is our second stay with Cheryl's properties and we have been treated with impeccable hospitality. There are small details about each of her properties that make it very cozy and inviting.

This carriage house at Rosemary Beach was the perfect place for my husband and I. The beach was a a very short walk down the boardwalk, and the downtown area was only a few blocks away. Not only was it beautifully decorated and incredibly clean, but it was in the perfect location . We can’t wait to come back.

Our stay at Rosemary Beach was lovely. All amenities provided were very high quality. The owners of the carriage house were kind enough to introduce themselves. Communication with the property manager was fine. Over all, we’d stay here again and hope that we get the chance to do so!

We had a wonderful time. Rosemary Beach is a beautiful spot to relax and enjoy the beach and sunshine.

Loved the location, walkability to the Pearl and surrounding shops, charming cottage with all the bells and whistle. Watch out for those stairs though in the middle of the night. (almost like a stair climber). Look forward to visiting again 🙂

My husband and I had the best experience with this property!!! It is absolutely gorgeous, and newly refurbished. Great bathroom/shower, excellent AC, and the bed is very comfortable. Just a short walk to the beach. The owner thought of everything and included a cooler, beach chairs, and bikes! They were also very easy to contact if we had any issues. Smart TV downstairs for rainy days, and another TV upstairs as well. All of the little details of this property are what made it so special. For example they use 30A handmade soap in the bathrooms and coffee from a local coffee shop. My husband and I will definitely be back. We stay in Rosemary every year, and this was by far the best property we have stayed at!
