The house was perfect our family. I love having the bedrooms downstairs and the living space upstairs. The wrap around porch on both floors was an added bonus. Plenty of extra living space with shade. The house is in a great location to the beach, food, and shopping.

We loved this home. It was super clean and was roomy and accommodating for my husband and our three teenagers. The bike provided were great. We were less than 2 minutes to the beach which was great for people to come and go as they pleased. It had multiple areas for quiet time besides the bedrooms. The porches were great with several different seating areas. We can’t wait to come back to Rosemary and hope to be able to stay here again!

Property was just as photographed. No surprises. Very clean and comfortable. The outdoor deck spaces were used quite often and provided a great shady retreat after a day at the beach. Cheryl was in constant communication and was attentive to all our needs. We will be back!!

Spent a week here and loved every second! It was very clean and well maintained. Plus the location could not be better. So close to the pool! We had one small concern with the refrigerator upon arrival and the owner/manager responded immediately and took care of everything! The responsiveness and communication alone was worth the stay here. The wrap around balcony was the perfect outdoor sitting space and the kitchen was very well stocked! I rarely leave reviews, but was so pleased with our experience we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We loved being so close to the pool & just a few blocks from the beach. The kitchen has all the amenities and the beds are comfy. One suggestion would be some hooks in the bathroom for bathing suits etc!! Overall clean & nice & would recommend!

We booked this trip on short notice to get away with our family after the holidays, and are so glad we did. The house is in a great location and looks even better in person. Loved the spacious layout and all of the covered outdoor areas. We traveled with our two young children and had plenty of space to enjoy everything inside and outside of the house. Also, the property manager Cheryl was very responsive and helpful in preparing us for our stay and once we arrived. Can’t wait to go back again soon.

We loved the location of this home! It was just a few steps to the beach with easy access through walkover D and a block from the restaurants and shops in Rosemary. We loved the Farmers market and riding bikes all the way to SeaSide. We hope to come back soon!

"Fantastic Thanksgiving Week"

What a perfect house to spend Thanksgiving week with my husband, 2 children (ages 9 and 12) and my parents! The location is excellent, and with the amazing weather we had, we were able to enjoy the beach quite a bit -- super convenient to just walk down the sidewalk to Walkover D, and we enjoyed playing on the green at nearby Walkover C. We really liked the inverted floor plan as well, with all of the bedrooms on the first floor and the kitchen and large living area on the second floor. So many great seating / furniture options to relax on the upper and lower decks, too. Short daily walks to the Sugar Shack were also a big plus for the kids!

House was perfect for young family, plenty of space and excellent location for all things Rosemary Beach. We booked for family vacation with 3 kids under 4.5 yrs. The house was large and second floor family room and kitchen were spacious and elegant. My favorite aspect of this home is its location to the pool and beach access. Also very quick walk to town. These are all very important when hauling around three young kids...and all their beach toys, etc! Would recommend a baby gate for top of stairs if bringing young ones, but any easy fix with a trip to target.

We spent our Christmas holiday in this beautiful home. It was perfect for my family of 5 which includes 3 adult children. The kitchen was well-stocked with enough gear for us to make cookies, a pie and a 12 pound turkey! We enjoyed using the bikes, playing games and walking through the neighborhood and to the very nearby beach. We would definitely stay here again.

The management team made the process a breeze and the house was so well maintained and stocked that we didn't need to contact them once during our stay. We stayed here with one other couple and really loved the house and Rosemary Beach. The location is perfect- a short walk to the beach, (one of) the pools, dinner and shopping. The house is beautifully decorated. All three bedrooms are downstairs and have very comfortable beds. And having 4 bikes included was very nice. We would have preferred having a gas grill to electric, but I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Awesome house . Beautifully decorated , plenty of space , great location . Loved the porches upstairs and down . The house had everything you could want and more . Bicycles were a plus as well as beach towels.

We recently rented this home for our annual Rosemary Beach week. Our family has gone to Rosemary every year for about 6 years and have never stayed in such a comfortable, clean, and well-appointed rental. The rental managers were so responsive at every point in our process--booking, checking in, during the week, and afterwards--and the owners have worked to provide a every amenity, especially the well-stocked kitchen. We even had tupperware for dinner leftovers or to take a sandwich to the beach! We hope to return to the same location next year, as it is steps to the pool, beach, and grassy green. Thanks for the great experience!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful Rosemary Beach home. The home had everything you could need to have an amazing family vacation. Beautiful decor, a spacious kitchen and dining area, a comfortable and relaxing family room. The beds were super comfortable and it was so nice to have a washer and dryer in the home. We loved relaxing on the porches in the evenings. This home was close to everything, but not on too busy of a street. We loved the easy walk to the pool and the beach every day. Our entire family loved our week here and we will definitely come back!
