A FANTASTIC WEEK! 7 of us enjoyed every aspect of this beautiful home with our adult children and 16 month old granddaughter. Great spaces for group gatherings, both indoors and out or space alone if needed. Wonderful game selection for our one rainy day and a well appointed kitchen for cooking. Our only regret was leaving! Thank you for sharing your home with us, we’ll be back for more memories in Rosemary!

"Wonderful home with nice owner in great location!"

Our families had a wonderful time sharing this great home in Rosemary. The pool area is even better than it looks in photos and connected well to the main kitchen and dining area. The double master suites were perfect and one even had a cute side room with day bed, perfect for our toddler.
The location is ideal as you are a few homes from the area pool and play ground with swings for kids. The bike rental and restaurants, grocery in seacrest are the next street over so super convenient!
The home was very clean and owner was extremely sweet and responsive! We would definitely stay again 🙂 thank you for having us

The house was lovely, spacious and clean. The upstairs bunk room is an especially great room for children. Also the pictures don’t do the pool area justice - it was really nice!!! Location is excellent — no more than a 3-4 min walk to the beach and the center of Rosemary Beach (town). We would definitely come back!

We have vacationed in Rosemary Beach for several years, and this was by far our favorite house. The pool in the back is a perfect way to end to a long day at the beach. This house was truly amazing!!

"Wish we didn’t have to leave!"

Rosemary Sun is a well laid out and well appointed home. We stayed spring break of 2018 which was a bit colder than desired so the heated pool was a real plus. We had two families with 5 children between us. Having a double master layout was perfect for two families and the bunk room on the third floor accommodated four kids easily. Being on the other side of 30A was a plus b/c the kids could ride bikes all throughout the area including off-road trails and tons of green spaces. We would definitely stay at Rosemary Sun again! Hopefully soon!!!

This home is wonderful with very thought out furniture and layout. Each bedroom with en suite bath seemed very private. The home is very close to everything Rosemary beach has to offer and also very close to the beach. We so enjoyed the large heated pool and great courtyard.

"Amazing Week!!"

My family just retuned from a wonderful week stay at Under the Rosemary Sun! The house is beautiful, spacious, well-equipped and a short walk to the beach and the town center; perfect location! The private pool is a definite plus!!! We look forward to returning and creating more wonderful memories!!!

"One of the best in Rosemary Beach!"

This Thanksgiving was our 11th stay in Rosemary Beach, and this is the only property we have rented a second time. The house is welcoming, comfortable, and offers many sleeping options. Sitting just off the main square, Under the Rosemary Sun is very close to shops and dining and to the beach walkovers. No bikes needed for our family. The house even has beach/pool toys and beach chairs and towels so packing is less than with other places to stay. The kitchen allowed us to cook and serve Thanksgiving turkey and trimmings for 15 people with no crowdedness or issues. A definite bonus is the owner. So easy to contact and receive quick responses to questions. Our family has stayed the last two Thanksgiving holidays here, and we are extremely appreciative of our very fond family memories created in this home.

"Great house and pool!"

We enjoyed our stay at "Under the Rosemary Sun". The owner, Lynne, was very responsive when we had some problems with the TVs and satellite and got us connected in time for Saturday SEC football. The home has a great layout for two families (having two master suites) with children but would recommend bunk beds or at least full beds be added in the loft area instead of twins with trundles for older children... Teenage boys were a little too big for the smaller beds. The pool area and outdoor areas were lovely and spacious. Also huge plus for us was the ice machine in the kitchen area for our coolers and making drinks. The kitchen was well stocked as well. Great location and easy walk to the beach. Would definitely come back!

"Great space and location!"

We had a single family (2 adults, 3 kids) - and spread ourselves well across the whole house. We could have fit a couple more adults, or older children (space in loft), but that would be it comfortably. We loved the house! We spent a ton of time out on the deck and in the pool. Great for outdoor entertaining. It was a quick walk to the beach and all the restaurants. We loved it! Only complaint was we had to buy some necessary items and we did not have a car- we had to call a cab just to get toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. Other than that we loved it!

"Best in Rosemary!"

This was the perfect house for our Thanksgiving week. The house was a perfect set up and allowed 13 of us to prepare and enjoy a traditional Thanksgiving dinner. The location is close to the town square and a short walk to the beach. The owner was very helpful and responded quickly with questions. Booking was a breeze. Out of 9 homes we have rented in Rosemary, this by far was our family favorite!

"Perfect Home"

This home couldn't have been more perfect for us! The floor plan is fabulous, having three master suites, with one on the first floor, and then a great kids bedroom on the third floor. Everyone had their own private space with room to spread out. The gourmet kitchen was well planned, with any tool you might need for a fancy dinner or easy meal. The pool was a huge plus! We enjoyed sitting by the pool in the evenings with our wine and enjoying conversation. This home is perfectly located with easy walk to the beach and all the great shopping and restaurants. The owners thought of everything with this home. We've rented many times on 30A over the years and this great house is one of our favorites! Wonderful owner! She was so easy to deal with and so accommodating! We look forward to our next visit!

"Always Once A Year"

It is now going to be our family gathering each year... We have one daughter & son-in-law in Montgomery with two precious granddaughters and another daughter & son-in-law in Austin with a little grand boy on the way and Lynn's home is PERFECT for all of us. The layout is so open yet gives everyone their own separate space. Location could not be better as we could walk to eat or run too the Publix to buy groceries to cook in the gourmet kitchen. The community pools were so fun for kids and the private pool at the house was awesome for cocktail hour. Only a few steps to the beach, as that is why we chose "Under the Rosemary Sun" , was HEAVEN ON EARTH. Thanks for sharing your lovely place with us and will be calling for next year... Go War Eagles!!!!!

"The Perfect House"

Two families of 4 loved our time here. The house is very clean, comfortable and very high quality compared to other nearby properties. It has a great layout and a fun loft room for kids. We have been staying in the area for years and loved this house and location the best. It is a very short walk or bike ride to the shopping area with Hidden Lantern and coffee shop plus a straight shot to the beach. The pool area is serene and large. The kitchen is also very well equipped. You will enjoy it here!

"Great location & everything we wanted!"

This was our first visit to Rosemary Beach, and we fell in love with this house and the area. The house was ideal for our stay - 2 families with a total of 4 kids aged 6-9. Having two master suites and the loft area for the kids made this a perfect fit. The house had everything -- well equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture and beds, outdoor grills, and a very nice outdoor area with a large private pool (for the area) and outdoor shower.

The location could not have been more convenient for us - short walk/bike ride to the beach, town center, and Seacrest Beach (which has live music every evening). We actually preferred to stay north of 30A because it was much quieter and less congested.

The owner and property management company were very professional and responsive. The only thing I would improve upon is the range of the wi-fi network. It seemed to be limited to the 1st floor of the house only.

We plan to return to Rosemary Beach and would definitely stay at Under the Rosemary Sun again!

"Perfect for a Family Getaway"

Not only a beautiful home, but very comfortable. What a fantastic place to spend a family getaway at spring break! Perfect accommodations for 6 - grandparents, daughter and son-in-law, teenage granddaughter, and 10 year old grandson. Wonderful, well equipped kitchen. And nothing better than reading/relaxing by the pool when not at the beach. Owner very responsive and accommodating. A couple of maintenance issues arose during our stay and they were handled in a very timely, courteous and professional manner. We hope to return!

"Luxurious stay in Rosemary Beach!"

My cousins and I loved spending a few days at this home. We cooked seafood from Goatfeathers Market every night in the gourmet kitchen and ate lunches out at the pool! Comfy beds made our walks on the beach and long bicycle rides worth the effort. The house is beautifully furnished and full of light. It has a big airy great room for conversations and games but also has nice private porches and rooms for reading. Highly recommended!

"Perfect Beach Oasis"

Our family enjoyed this beautiful home and all of the wonderful amenities that were provided! The room design and layout gave all 9 of us the opportunity to gather as we cooked, dined and relaxed. The large pool was certainly a highlight after a day on the beach and was a perfect place to swim with our little ones. The landscaping was lovely. Our three young grandsons loved their third floor retreat and the adults enjoyed the spacious bedrooms and baths. The location was perfect. We had previously stayed south of 30A so I was pleasantly surprised that we preferred being north of 30A. We were minutes from the beach as well as the shopping square. Yet it was quiet and serene. "Under the Rosemary Sun" is definitely our family's favorite! It is a true gem on the Emerald coast. The owner was so responsive to our inquiries. I felt like we were in a friend's home! We hope to enjoy this lovely home again on our next trip to Rosemary Beach.

"Perfection"

Our first trip to Rosemary Beach and our first use of VRBO was amazing thanks to this incredible house and wonderful owner/management co. 5 of us stayed in total comfort (2 adults and three kids under 8 yrs old) The layout and location of the house was perfect and everything you need was included. The listing photos did not capture how nice the house actually is and how much is included. What a great surprise! The house was 5 star with fancy sheets, towels and electronics. Very very clean. The weather was off a couple days but it didn't matter because we had this great house to hang in until the rain cleared. After a heavy rain storm the pool was a mess but the owner/management company had it cleaned up immediately. We could not have asked for anything more. We will be back for sure!

"Beautiful home for a beach getaway"

My girlfriends and I take a few days each year to get away and relax at the beach. This gorgeous home was just perfect for us. We enjoyed waking up each morning and sipping our coffee by the pool. What a view! We also had enough space to spread out and not feel cramped, but also loved that there was enough seating in the living room where we could pile in and talk for hours. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us. We had a blast!

"Loved this Home!"

Our family loved, loved, loved this home! After nearly 10 years of visiting Rosemary Beach, this house unanimously tops our list of places to stay. The pool is the perfect size (large compared to other homes), heated and shaded a good part of the day. The house is very well stocked compared to other homes and everything from the bed linens to the all-clad cookware to the toilet paper is top quality. There are also tons of games and puzzles and books to keep everyone occupied during breaks from the beach/pool. The layout and spaciousness made it perfect for 2 families sharing the home - it never once felt crowded.

The owner was wonderful to work with - renting was easy and she was always quick to respond to any questions. We cannot wait to visit this home again. Thanks Lynne for sharing it with us!

"Perfect for a family trip"

We'd been to Rosemary before, but were looking for a larger house this year -- to fit two families, including three kids. This place was perfect. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space when needed, including a great kids' room, and a large enough living room to fit us all comfortably at once. And having a private pool was a real plus -- everyone loved being able to go for a swim after dinner every night. We'll definitely be back.

We had such a great time staying at Under the Rosemary Sun! The house is in a perfect location, easy walk to beach, center of town, and other Rosemary amenities. The kitchen is so much fun to cook in, everything you could possibly need. Beds are really comfortable. Lots of fun for kids and adults!

"Beyond perfection"

This was our second year in a row visiting Rosemary Beach during my kids' spring break. I had found "Under the Rosemary Sun" in what seemed like an endless list of vacation homes available in the Rosemary Beach area. The pictures and prior reviews of this home convinced me this was the house for my family of five (3 kids ages 9, 11 and 13). The photos of this home show how beautiful and clean this home really is, however, I feel even these don't fully illustrate just how spectacular this home really is.

The house is huge, but the indoor decor creates a warm and cozy environment, bringing "Pottery Barn" and "Restoration Hardware" to mind. The two master bedrooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. One of the master bedrooms had a large sitting area with a desk where my son was able to retreat to work on a complicated middle school project, and was a nice quiet place for him to read. The upstairs children's loft area was the perfect hideaway for my boys, who had their own private bathroom. All of the bedrooms had very comfortable mattresses with high thread count bedding and duvet comforters, rivaling those in a five star hotel.

The kitchen was extremely well-stocked. A vacation home we had rented last year literally had nothing, requiring us to buy kitchen cleaning supplies, salt and pepper, condiments, etc. "Under the Rosemary Sun" was extremely well stocked. Kitchen cleaning supplies, hand soap, dish soap, and a new packaged sponge were left on the beautiful stone countertop. The pantry was stocked with all kinds of spices, olive oil, sugar, coffee filters, coffee...literally anything you can think of to make meals for your family during your stay. The dishwear and cookwear were clean and top-notch. The only grocery items I needed to buy this year were simply food items and laundry detergent. The way the kitchen was stocked nicely illustrates how thoughtful the owner is in terms of making your stay here as comfortable and stress-free as possible. The little things do matter.

Finally, the private, heated pool in the backyard was amazing. During our stay at the home, we had three days of cloudiness and rain, but having the pool just steps away from the kitchen and family room was perfect, allowing my kids to continue swimming and enjoying themselves despite the uncooperative weather while my husband and I read inside.

We loved this home so much, we are hoping it will be available for us again next year for our spring break!

"Amazing House in Wonderful Rosemary Beach"

We found a gem in this amazing house. Everything was just as it is in the pictures. This is a well appointed home in awesome Rosemary Beach. Once you walk in the doors, you are in your own private sanctuary with open floor plan including a large private pool, fully equipped chef's kitchen, and cozy yet spacious family room. You can not go wrong with this fabulous home. The owner made renting and our stay so wonderful. Things couldn't have gone any smoother. If it is available, you better book! It won't be available long. The word is out!

"Amazing Girl’s Trip at Under the Rosemary Beach Property"

I just returned from this property with 6 of my close tennis friends. I cannot say enough about how much we all enjoyed this beautiful and spacious property. We enjoyed the cheery and spacious kitchen. It was a central gathering spot for morning coffee, ipad time, cooking and of course mixology time. The large dining room table also lended itself for a perfect spot for dining, celebrating a birthday and of course sharing lots of wine, laughs and friend time!

The bedrooms in this property equal that of a 5 star hotel complete with fine bedding, an in room fire place, wrap around porches and screened in porches. We never tired of fining amazing places to relax with friends. Another outstanding feature was the beautiful backyard with a heated pool that lended itself to relaxing swims or just sitting poolside with coffee or cocktails.

There is something for everyone in Rosemary Beach area. We took in the Seaside Red Wine Festival, bike rides, runs on the beach, walks in town, shopping, tennis, great dining (I personally loved Cowgirl Kitchen pizza) in home movies and sharing quality time with our friends in a beautiful and relaxing setting.

I would highly recommend this property and can't wait to go back!

"Everything we needed and more!"

Stayed here with my friend and our families (4 adults and 4 children) for my brother's wedding at the Town Hall there is Rosemary. We were thrilled with how clean and spacious the home was. The groom and 8 groomsmen were all able to get ready for the ceremony with plenty of room to spare. Though we did not use them there was both a kid's bike as well as an adult bike to use. Pool was clean and well maintained No one needed for anything. We were concerned about how far we would have to walk to other houses other family members were in but were amazed at how close everything is in Rosemary. Though the house is 1/2 mile walk to the beach it really only takes about 5-7 min. until your feet are hitting the sand and it is a beautiful walk anyway. Rosemary is such a cute town we'd love to own a place there ourselves. We would definitely stay here again if we had the need for so much space. Nothing but great memories. Thanks!

"Our own special Florida getaway!"

We have been going to "Under the Rosemary Sun" for the last 5 years. We are already planning our trip for 2013! My son thinks it's our Florida home and ask when our next trip to 120 West Water St. is. I wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else. This home has it all. My mother, who can't do steps, has the queen suite on the first level, there are two master suites on the second level and then a great kids/teen bedroom on the third level. Everyone has their own space and best of all when we don't feel like going to the beach we just jump in our own private pool! This has been one of the best features of this home and a rarity to find in any home up and down 30A. I have enjoyed this home and Rosemary Beach so much that the memories will last a lifetime. If I am ever lucky enough to own a place in Rosemary Beach it will be a dream come true. Thank you Lynn for letting us stay at your beautiful home!

"Awesome VRBO"

Spacious, well stocked gourmet kitchen, quiet secluded bedrooms, great children's space, lovely pool,very convenient to beach and other facilities. Highly recommend renting bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas, great convenience. The home is lovely, clean and very comfortable.
We will surely return for vacation time again.

"Our Annual Escape"

We have rented this house for 5 years in a row, and it is exciting to come every time. The owner is awesome, extremely helpful, and the house always exceeds expectations. This year, there were many new upgrades that made an already wonderful home even more comfortable. We could move in and stay for longer than we already do. It's so nice to stay in a house that never makes you miss your own home.

"Our “Home Away From Home”"

We have always rented In Watercolors for our family beach vacations, but this past year we decided to try a stay in Rosemary Beach. I found this home through VRBO and feel blessed to have found such a cordial homeowner to work with and a home that we honestly now consider our "home away from home".(We have rented it twice in one year!) The home is EXTREMELY spacious, VERY well kept, FULLY stocked, and offers the beauty of an indoor fireplace and a heated pool for those relaxing post-beach hours. More importantly, the house was centrally located for a quick walk to numerous parks for a family lacrosse or football game ,the town square for shopping and dining and MILES of beach road sidewalks for biking/walking or running. And a MUST is eating at George's for lunch just a short bike ride away from the house! The beach walk was just a few leisurely blocks and from the master bedroom balcony we could step out and see the beach surf flag waving in the wind at the end of our road, letting us know what to expect with the surf once we arrived! With the ease of advance beach chair rentals through the town of Rosemary Beach, we only needed our beach bags for the walk! We are now officially a Rosemary Beach family and look forward to raising our kids with years of beach vacations in this quaint town and perfect "home away from home"!

We had a wonderful week at Under the Rosemary Sun. The home is in a great location and very well maintained. We had a group of nine and the house easily accomodated us. It's an easy stroll to the beach as well as the town center. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had about the home or town. This is a great spot for downtime and relaxation.
